Hotel Principe di Villafranca

Super friendly staff - Angelo was incredibly helpful and hospitable. I don’t know if my trip would have gone as well without his help. The hotel was very clean and nice. I’ll definitely be staying here next time I’m in Palermo. Highly recommend. Not worth taking chances elsewhere.

We arrived late on a Sunday night to be welcomed by a young gentleman who had spent time in the UK & made us feel extremely welcome. He made sure we were aware where to go for breakfast the next morning & how to find our room. The hotel has been recently refurbished & feels fresh. Your in the city but it's a quiet location. The waitresses at breakfast are lovely always happy & very helpful. The reception team have been full of information & happy to take time & explain with the use of maps on where to go & how best to find your way around. The cleaner is full of energy & keeps the room spotless. The gym is adequate there's some quality kit in there treadmill & multi gym. Plus an exercise bike & rowing machine. The free weights are also useful. A wonderful stay & really recommend this little gem.

The hotel is fine. Our room was large It appears to be geared towards local business people or the hot sheet trade. Some staff were exceptional where others made us feel like we were doing them a disservice by being there. Unfortunately, out of the eight hotels we have stayed in on this 5 week trip, this one comes a distant last.

Fantastic hotel. Recently undergone renovation, beautifully done, stylish decor. Great location, easy to get to all major attractions. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Well worth a stay. You won’t be disappointed. 😀

This is the fourth time we stay here and it is always the same charm. The place is well located in a safe residential area. The staff is excellent. Angelo, Alessia and Monica are very helpful and gave us excellent ideas about what to do and where to have good food. We will gladly come back. Keep up the good work. Grazie mille.
