A wonderful & memorable three night break in 5 star ++ Villa Igiea
A beautiful hotel, it is a delight to stay at Villa Igiea. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & thoughtfully decorated. Staff are constantly attentive, eager to please & go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The wonderful experience is worth every euro!

Wonderful location
Villa Igiea, sits majestically on the the Bay of Palermo with wonderful vistas. The hotel is immaculately kept, whether it be the gardens, pool area or outside dining areas. Nothing is out of place. The room we had was again tastefully decorated and had everything you might need while away from home. The staff are professional, polite and respectful . They all ( whatever their role) show a love and respect for Palermo and Sicily which was wonderful to see. The hotel restaurant had a fairly restricted menu but uses local produce where it can. My personal view was the food didn’t quite hit the standard I would have expected for this class of hotel. However, the bar and casual dining area was very very good indeed. The shuttle bus in and out of central Palermo is invaluable if you want to access all the historical sites etc. Overall I would recommend Villa Igiea if you are spending a few days in the city.

Beautiful Hotel
First stop on a tour of Sicily. The hotel is beautiful. Staff were efficient and friendly. Although the facility looks large it has a comfortable feel. Our room was beautifully appointed. Breakfasts were outstanding. Meals in the dining room or bar were excellent. Overall service was outstanding. Could not recommend more highly.

Treat yourself to a stay in a grand palace!
This hotel is so grand that it takes our breath away! It is like staying in a palace. The restaurant is fantastic both in the quality of the food and the service. My husband and I spend four nights in this hotel and has a wonderful time. The rooms are quiet and has great sound insulation. We got a room with a soaking tub and a spacious bathroom. If you are in Palermo, Villa Igiea is the place to stay. It is a class of its own.

Excellent high-end service
The hotel is excellent in every respect, especially the service. I spent 5 nights there and felt very well taken care of. Florio’s restaurant, the spa, but above all the concierge and reception team went out of their way for every request. I recommend the hotel highly for a relaxing, luxury experience. Angela Jacobson
