Superb staff and service with great attention to detail. Dreamy views and such beautiful rooms. Heavenly and memorable experience.

Absolutely flawless…….up to the final moment. From the moment we arrived, the team’s professionalism was evident—a seamless sense of coordination from check-in, to luggage handling, to being shown to our room. Although we chose one of the more modest room options for a short, last-minute stay, it was immaculate down to the finest detail. We loved the thoughtful touches: neatly organised cables, polishing cloths for glasses, and a wonderful turndown service complete with night cream—a small but luxurious flourish. It often felt as though the team anticipated our needs before we even realised them ourselves. Throughout our stay, the service was both intuitive and genuinely warm. The food was exceptional, and the atmosphere across the hotel remained calm, elegant, and restorative. A particularly nice touch is the complimentary shuttle to Palermo town centre. While the hotel is slightly out of town, this service more than compensates and should not deter anyone from booking. Our stay truly felt like the kind of trip dreams are made of… …which is why it was a shame that our final evening and morning fell slightly short. With an event scheduled on our last night, a few small details were missed—a skipped turndown service and the need to call to request water. While we completely understand the importance of such events, we couldn’t help but feel somewhat overlooked, and at times even in the way, during what should have been a relaxing final day. That said, this was a minor dip in an otherwise exceptional experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend both the hotel and its team—it’s a stay not to be missed.

This hotel/resort is far and above any place my wife and I have ever vacationed at. The staff, service, and facility is dedicated to your total enjoyment. You are greeted at all times with the upmost respect and all needs are met including helping arrange shipping for special items.

So many places try and fail miserably to be five star. Villa Igea however is proper and pure luxury. Greatest attention to detail. Every towel is placed with millimeter precision. Immaculate service and genuine caring for their guests by every member of staff. An absolute joy. Soon again....

Everything was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay here so special. The room was beautiful, as was the breakfast and the view. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
