Price does not match the experience

A hassle to get a beach spot even if reserved in advance you have to show up before 9:00 a.m. Staff at the front desk and the beach unsopportive. Very expensive for the overall experience it offers

Been here five times, always was great until this last time. They pulled the club, no snacks, no sodas no drinks no appetizers the other four times, the club was great, arguably the best in the system. Do they think we don't notice? Marriott has a hundred clubs in the us, HYATT it is down to 20, seriously rethinking my loyalty :/

The Hyatt Regency was a beautiful hotel. Extremely clean accommodations, great restaurants, very comfortable and a friendly staff.

Until next time...

We always enjoy returning to the Hyatt Regency Aruba. It's the staff that helps to make our trip so special. We love Fany! And the casino dealers are some of our favorite people on the island especially Rivalina and Sharon. The one thing we miss dearly since new ownership is the Regency Club. This is a huge benefit to Hyatt members and you should think hard about bringing this back. Your beach staff should also receive a shout out for their hard work day in and day out setting up the palapas.

Time to renovate

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

The Hyatt Regency is showing its age. The rooms need to be renovated. The drawers don’t stay closed, and when you open the top drawer, the bottom drawer decides to open along with it. Carpets are showing signs of wear, rooms as well as hallways. The balcony door has a notice to keep it locked, but there was no lock. Housekeeping didn’t get to our room until late, unless you consider 4pm ok. Hard to clean up after a day at the beach, to go to dinner, with the room not done. The outside property is nice, but an investment needs to be made inside. I wouldn’t call this a 4 or 5 star hotel anymore.
