Experience was wonderful. Resort was super clean with lots of activities to do. No issues with reserving a seat ahead of time at pool or beach in July. Plenty of open spots.

I had high expectations for Hyatt Regency Aruba, especially given the premium price and Hyatt’s reputation. Unfortunately, this resort did not deliver the luxury experience I expected. The biggest disappointment was the room. It felt dated and in need of renovation, and it simply did not feel like a five-star resort. For the amount we paid, I expected modern accommodations with much better attention to detail. Our first impression wasn’t great either. The staff at check-in was not particularly warm or welcoming, which was surprising for a luxury property. Before arriving, I had also arranged and paid for special in-room birthday amenities for my husband’s 50th birthday. They were not set up when we arrived, which was disappointing considering I had planned everything in advance for a special occasion. The property itself is beautiful, and the beach is absolutely stunning. The location is excellent, and the grounds are well maintained. Those were definitely the highlights of our stay. Overall, however, the service and accommodations did not justify the price we paid. Hyatt Regency Aruba has an incredible location, but the guest rooms, service, and overall experience felt closer to a 3-star resort than the luxury resort it advertises itself to be. I left feeling disappointed because I expected much more from the Hyatt brand. There are many wonderful resorts in Aruba, and based on this experience, I would likely stay elsewhere on my next visit.

This is the fifth or sixth year. The group is staying at this hotel this time we stayed for close to 24 or 25 nights. It’s amazingas always. The staff makes you feel at home. The food is amazing. The Kosher restaurant is amazing. All the bars are amazing. There’s nothing bad I could say about this hotel. Everyone goes over beyond it’s exceptional. The location is incredible. Everything is just perfect. Every year weadd more days.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever been to. I stayed rooms were dirty. Everything was good. was no maids. I even tried to get into the casino and they asked for my passport, but who would carry around a passport because if we carry around a passport you will lose it and not be able to get back into the United States. I would never stay at this hotel again. this genuinely ruined my experience for Aruba if you want to have a good time in Aruba, do not stay here. Used to be such a good hotel until they ruined it, sad…. I would give 0 stars if I could.
