Great Service at Alfresco Bar!
We were in Aruba celebrating my 56th birthday the last week in August, and Jeremy and Yahir at Alfresco Bar helped make the trip even more memorable. Their friendliness, great personalities, GREAT DRINKS and outstanding service really stood out. They always made us feel welcome and took great care of us. Thank you brothers for the birthday shots!!!! Jeremy and Yahir really made my stay a special one. We’ll definitely be looking for you guys when we return to Aruba! 🇦🇼🍹🎉

Beautiful hotel with lots to see and do
Great location and resort with everything you need right at your fingertips. Beautiful beach, things to experience, downtown area right outside the hotel, wonderful staff, pools great fun for kids while the adult side has silence... Good time overall for the family

Excellence all-around. Beautiful grounds. One of the better umbrella-reserving systems I've encountered. Great service. Superior beach, pool, bars. Recommend the spa and dinner at Ruinas del Mar.

The Hyatt Regency has the best atmosphere of staff and customers. While we were there, they were changing their software and the bar could not charge my order to my room, and I did not have my credit card with me. But another customer offered to pay for me. Everyone says hello and is pleased to assist you in any way possible. The pool was clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and they had many food choices available, all on the premises. My stay was totally enjoyable.

The Perfect Getaway
Perfect location to many walkable shops and restaurants. The hotel grounds and pools were the perfect oasis. Excursions abound in the area. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We will be back.
