Overall, the hotel is very nice and well-maintained. However, the customer service did not meet expectations, particularly given the price point. On one occasion, our room was not serviced until late in the evening, and the housekeeping team arrived around 10 PM while we were already asleep.

Property is awesome. Rooms need some updating. For the price, refrigerator needs to be stocked and restocked daily. Customer service was awesome.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. This hotel is beautiful, centrally located and close to restaurants and souvenir shops. However the biggest selling point is the direct access to the beach.

We have stayed at this resort once before in September of 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. After speaking to others, we were afraid that the resort had changed. People said it was too crowded at this resort and beach and it would be too noisy with too many children running around. That is not at all what we experienced. It was a fantastic stay. It was quiet and calm and we met some fantastic couples there as well. With Aruba being at the top destination that we've travelled to, we will definitely be back and we would choose the Hyatt Regency over and over again!
