Wonderful Stay!
We very much enjoyed all this property had to offer! Despite some room concerns upon check-in, we had a wonderful stay. I would like to commend Junel at the front desk, Yolanda, housekeeping supervisor and Rachinella for going above and beyond in addressing our needs and concerns. We look forward to visiting Aruba again and staying at the Hyatt!

There’s better
Beautiful hotel, but you get milked for every dime. You have pay daily for beach and pool chairs. Front desk was very unfriendly and not very professional.

First time at Hyatt
I would highly recommend the Hyatt. It is one of the nicest hotels on Palm beach. The room was great and I love the fact you can reserve a palapa in advance. No getting up at 6 am to go hunt for one.

We will definitely be back!
Great location on the hotel strip at Palm Beach. Grounds are amazing and well maintained. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are great too with plenty of hot water whenever we took a shower. What more could you want? TIP1: Request a fridge as soon as you get to your room. They'll bring you one that is larger than the mini fridge and it will keep your drinks much colder than the mini fridge too. Then visit a local convenience store to pick up your favorite beverages. TIP2: Reserve your chairs or cabanas 4 months in advance on their beach services website for a stress-free vacation. We will definitely be back!!

Great Family Resort in Aruba
Great resort for a young family with kids. Located in the center of Palm Beach area made it easy to walk to local restaurants and stores. The resort grounds were beautiful and well-kept, the pool and beach areas were clean and organized, and the kids absolutely loved the water slide. The resort grounds, pool areas, and staff were all excellent. Rooms were good but not spectacular.
