Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino

For spending $7000 for two rooms for 5 days and 4 nights the rooms and shower should be upgraded. The outside of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are not worth the money. Update your rooms for what you’re charging people.

Overall we enjoyed our trip very much. We had an issue when we first arrived at the Hyatt with our room overlooking a parking lot and a little bit of ocean view. They did move us the following day to a much nicer room on the same floor near our friends that we thoroughly enjoyed. Just wish we didn’t have to be so dissappointed right when we got there. Otherwise it was a beautiful place to stay.

Great location, I like the fact that you can reserve pool seats ahead of time. All the pool staff are friendly. Fish tacos at the pool bar are a standout. Hotel is a bit worn and in my mind not a good value for the price. That being said, it’s a great option. Bed was worn out.

You’re welcomed in with complimentary champagne at check-in and from the very second that you walk through the initial awning of the lobby the back-drop of the palms trees & ocean takes your breath away. All of the staff were the kindest people and I mean all of them, from the front desk to the waiters/waitresses, the housekeeping and security. There’s no shortage of kindness at this property. They really try to make your stay the best experience. There’s 2 separate pools (adult & family) and the family pool has 2 little jacuzzis, a water slide along with a swim up bar. There’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance at either the front of the hotel along the street or the back of the hotel along the beach. Take your pick. You can’t go wrong with choosing the Hyatt, we came here for our 5 year marriage anniversary and we’ll definitely be back.
