Far exceeded our expectations ! All staff were incredibly accommodating and the resort was immaculate! Plenty of food options and walking distance to shopping and nightlife.

Just got back from celebrating our anniversary in Aruba at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, and we loved the location, the property and the size of the rooms. The staff was outstanding and very attentive. Lot so things to do in the area. Already planning our next trip. Loved, loved, loved the waterfalls and large koi ponds. Beautiful resort!!

The resort used to be amazing. With new ownership comes new arrogant attitudes. After 20 years of going I wont go back now. I would recommend other resorts on the island...many to choose from.

There is nothing wrong with the location or cleanliness to the hotel. But that is about where I can stop with the positive comments about this place. We are two adult travelers and are very loyal to Hyatt and were excited to stay at this property, hoping for a serene and luxurious start to our trip to Aruba. The hotel was jam packed with kids and families. We admit we were traveling during spring break, but no place at the hotel offered a place to be away from kids and families which you'd expect if you are playing $1K or more for a night. The kids are running around, throwing balls, and feel a little unsupervised. The customer service at check in and throughout our experience did not match the warmth and helpfulness we experienced during the rest of our time in Aruba. The craziest thing about this hotel is that you must reserve chairs at the pool or beach in advance of your arrival and NO ONE communicated that prior to our arrival or when we checked in. We only learned about it when we were kicked out of our pool chairs and then told we could have reserved chairs 4 months in advance! We are typically very flexible and understanding of hotel staff but this is truly insane. I would not spend the money at this resort, personally!
