Called in to the Hotel needing a taxi sent to the restaurant that was 25 minutes away and the restaurant could not get a taxi and they said that they could not hold up the phone line and the restaurant should have their own people and a hour and a half later still no taxi and the Hotel did not seem to care to help. I cannot blame the Hotel completely because this was the person working that was not helpful, but you would think that concern of their guest would have been a bigger concern than the phone line being tied up around 10:30, 11:15, and 11:45 when they are trying to get back to the Hotel but thanks to a gracious person who lives on the island I paid to bring us back I am not sure what we would have done.

The Hyatt Aruba resort spa and casino is my favorite place. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Best on the island. The staff is amazing and the Ruins for dinner is one of the best restaurants in Aruba. I go every year and will continue to stay at the Hyatt as long as they keep the beautiful grounds and great staff . I highly recommend this resort. It is situated in a perfect location to shopping and eating.

Fifth time at the Hyatt Regency and it never disappoints. The staff, cleanliness and overall feel of the hotel will keep me coming back. Advanced reservations for palapas at no charge is great as well.

Where do I even begin? The location, resort, cleanliness, food, drinks, pools, people, rooms...were all PERFECT! Honestly, PERFECT! LOVED the open air concept, the pools, direct beach access, adult only pools and area, hours of operation for all restaurants and bars. By far this is the best resort in the area.
