Another amazing evening listening to Arturo Roman at Eau Palm! He makes the evening so special with his guitar playing!

I recently stayed at Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa near West Palm Beach,Florida. In 2018 I started taking my daughter there for her birthday. This was my fourth and her fifth time going to Eau Palm. I highly recommend this Resort for people of all ages. From the moment you check in and are greeted with a glass of champagne until the moment you leave you will be in awe of the beauty and luxurious atmosphere in this hotel. Everyone is amazing but I would like to personally thank the following: Christine you were so helpful in making my reservation and any special requests that I had. Shay from the Spa gave me a massage that was so good and the Spa alone is an experience and one that I have never seen anywhere that is so relaxing and beautiful. Diego and Colby are the drivers if you need to go anywhere. They saved us from having to take Uber and also gave us some highlights of the town and a scenic tour. Linda at the Concierge you were very kind and gave us some great suggestions for dinner. We had my daughter’s birthday dinner at the Angle and the piano player played as our Server brought her a birthday cake. I wish I knew his name. German Ramirez went out of his way to accommodate us with a selection of wine in the lobby as the hotel was doing some renovations. Brianna you were so kind when we checked out and had a little issue and Ilania Pina,the front desk Supervisor you are the reason we will be coming back in February for my 75th birthday ,thank you for what you did. All the staff at the pool and service around the pool made us feel very special.

Stayed with my husband for a mini vacay. We had stayed here years ago under different ownership - back then it was good but not great. Now I would rate it as high as The Four Seasons - excellent service from everyone and a beautiful space. Nobu restaurant was excellent, outdoor bar service, great! The highlight was on Sunday afternoon when we had a yummy lunch at the outdoor bar/restaurant while listening to the beautiful music of Arturo Romay! Having live music like this makes all the difference in the world! He was fabulous!!! We will definitely stay here again.

As a person that travels a lot I can honestly say this is the best Hotel in the USA , the service the ambiance, the guitarist in the Lobby Arturo Romay makes every evening ideal . The food is outstanding and the spa is amazing, I wish there it was a club membership. They put so much detail into everything the vegetation is incredible all the flowers and plants are real . I hope nothing ever changes specially the prices .

I have been a loyal member of La Coquille Club at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa for over five years, and up until now it has been one of my favorite places. It truly feels like an extension of our home. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the pool was so upsetting that I feel compelled to share it. On September 25 I arrived at the pool with my three year old daughter. I am also pregnant. I came for a short swim and showed a clear photo of my membership card on my phone which included my picture, name and member number. While the assistant manager was polite and accommodating, the pool manager repeatedly lectured me about the card policy even after I had already been allowed in and had provided proof of membership. Her approach felt harassing, confrontational and completely contrary to the five star service I have come to expect. What is even more disappointing is the management response since the incident. Instead of acknowledging the harassment and the discomfort it caused, their replies have been focused on repeating the policy. This is something I already understand and respect. Rather than taking responsibility or demonstrating a genuine commitment to member relations and guest comfort, they chose to reinforce the policy again and again. Mistakes happen at even the best hotels. What separates true five star resorts is how management responds with empathy, flexibility and discretion. Eau Palm Beach needs to refocus on customer service and guest experience. Policies are important, but so is the human element. I hope leadership takes this seriously because no member or guest should be treated this way.
