Even after reaching out to the top management team members directly Director of Rooms AND the General Manager to bring to their attention the numerous issues we had during our first stay, the level of attention to details and guest experience is non-existent at this property. 1) despite top management being emailed directly, the BASIC request of a pet stroller being placed in our room for our senior dog was not met, 2) at no point did ANYBODY reach out to follow-up on our second stay after sharing with them the cluster of issues we experienced. For those familiar with TRUE luxury brands like the Four Seasons, this is 101/basic standards in guest recovery. 3) During our 2nd stay, when I asked for the concierge for recommendations for a restaurant, she handed me a list and proceeded to walk away. Never offered to make a reservation for me or any specific recommendation. Again, that is not luxury service, its basic concierge duty. The rooms are outdated, the location is NOT Palm Beach, the service standards are more of a “Hilton” level than a “luxury” property. Save your money, book at the Four Seasons. Not quite sure how this property is considered/rated “five star” luxury. The service standards are VERY far from five-star. Our horrible experience was shared with the Manager on Duty at check-out, AND via email directly to the Director of Rooms Estrella Schimmel and GM Tim Nard, including photos as proof of the issues we experienced. Zero response. Crickets. According to other reviews I read, managements lack of response is “standard” for EAU Palm Beach. Highly recommend they complete intense cross training with the Four Seasons down the road and learn what true five star service is, where all guests are VIP and if/when a “ball is dropped”, ALL efforts are made for prompt guest resolution, vs the EAU approach which is NO effort.

The venue was exceptional in every aspect. The hotel was beautiful and classy, well maintained hotel and impeccable grounds. The aspect that really stands out was the fantastic staff, every single hotel employee was caring, attentive, friendly and welcoming. From Kristine in reservations, to Courtney at the front desk, and every single we came upon they were incredible. It's very rare for an entire staff to be this exceptional but they were so congratulations go to the Human Resources department and whomever was in charge for assembling the faces of the resort. The pool staff and staff at the pool restaurant did not disappoint. We only dined at Nobu so cannot opine on the dining. We loved it and will be back at the next opportunity.

Our kids surprised us for our anniversary with a weekend stay-cation at Eau Resort and Spa and everything from The start was wonderful! Jared spent a lot of time helping us plan for our stay. Recognizing that there is a fantastic service standard, I was very impressed that so many people recognized me by name. Katie at the front desk check in was super attentive and followed up on us throughout the weekend. The club level dining experience is top-notch. I want to recognize the folks that we encountered there-Jamie, Khadijah, Vlada, Eliana, Chris and chef Marvin all are really good at their jobs. Fantastic teamwork and the food quality was delicious. To that point, I saw that the proactive teamwork throughout the resort was impressive. I don’t think I had to ask for anything…there was always someone seeing need and tending to things before I could consider asking. The property is well run. The room was spectacular. We had an oceanfront suite and the cleanliness and design were very desirable. We will definitely be back.

We love the experience and ambience. The music in the lounge by a Arturo Romay and the service by German are excellent! We will be nack with all of our family and friends!

Our overnight stay at Eau Palm Beach was absolutely incredible! My mom and I enjoyed every moment, from the luxurious spa services to the exceptional food and outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. We especially loved relaxing at the adults-only pool—it was the perfect peaceful escape. Dinner was a highlight, and the talented piano player at Angle created such a beautiful atmosphere that made the evening even more memorable. Every detail of the resort is thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are truly first class. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend Eau Palm Beach for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway!
