⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a lovely afternoon we had at the EAU Hotel! We popped in for a little afternoon tea on Saturday early evening around 4 :30 pm and honestly, it turned into such a delightful experience. The service was wonderful from the moment we sat down in the lobby. Along with our tea, we were given the most delightful little complimentary bites — small cubes of cheese, a lovely selection of deluxe nuts and olives. Such a simple touch, but it made the whole experience feel really special. And then we discovered that the tea comes with a refill! We didn't even realize that when we ordered, so imagine our surprise when we found out they only charged us for one pot of tea. 😊 Our server was absolutely lovely — so friendly, polite and attentive. When they heard we were British, they even brought me some milk for my hot tea. Bliss! 🇬🇧☕ But then came the real surprise... The most incredible music started playing in the foyer. I looked around and there, right in the lobby, was a violinist and a local guitarist playing live. It was such a wonderful little moment and completely unexpected. We were so thrilled to discover Arturo Romay playing and to hear some of the local talent right there in the hotel. It really added something magical to the afternoon. Needless to say, I will definitely be going back — partly for another lovely pot of tea, but also to sit in the foyer, soak up the atmosphere and hopefully hear more of the local guitarist and composer Arturo Romay. Sometimes it's the unexpected little things that make an afternoon memorable. Bravo, EOU Hotel! We absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back. ❤️

I visited the hotel lobby recently, as I often do, and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is always so welcoming, and the staff are attentive and take great care of you. The guitar and violin duo made the afternoon especially enjoyable and added a unique, special touch to the lobby. I always love coming back!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for some R&R before heading to a conference in Miami. The property is undergoing renovation but we saw no sign of work taking place during our stay. The new decor is beautiful! We were warmly welcomed by staff from the front drive, the desk, pool, bar and restaurant-lots of little surprises and thoughtful touches across our stay. The property was in a fantastic location, literally on the beach. We stayed in a spacious and comfortable ocean front suite in the north tower, with two bathrooms! The bed was so comfortable and we were so surprised at the amount of space! Nothing beats waking up to a Florida sunrise and heading out to the beach or pool. We also ate at Nobu-we live close to their Malibu location-and I can honestly say both the service and the food were better here! This is a ‘must stay’ in Palm Beach and we will definitely be back!

Excellent staff and the hotel had everything we needed. The spa was wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

Even after reaching out to the top management team members directly Director of Rooms AND the General Manager to bring to their attention the numerous issues we had during our first stay, the level of attention to details and guest experience is non-existent at this property. 1) despite top management being emailed directly, the BASIC request of a pet stroller being placed in our room for our senior dog was not met, 2) at no point did ANYBODY reach out to follow-up on our second stay after sharing with them the cluster of issues we experienced. For those familiar with TRUE luxury brands like the Four Seasons, this is 101/basic standards in guest recovery. 3) During our 2nd stay, when I asked for the concierge for recommendations for a restaurant, she handed me a list and proceeded to walk away. Never offered to make a reservation for me or any specific recommendation. Again, that is not luxury service, its basic concierge duty. The rooms are outdated, the location is NOT Palm Beach, the service standards are more of a “Hilton” level than a “luxury” property. Save your money, book at the Four Seasons. Not quite sure how this property is considered/rated “five star” luxury. The service standards are VERY far from five-star. Our horrible experience was shared with the Manager on Duty at check-out, AND via email directly to the Director of Rooms Estrella Schimmel and GM Tim Nard, including photos as proof of the issues we experienced. Zero response. Crickets. According to other reviews I read, managements lack of response is “standard” for EAU Palm Beach. Highly recommend they complete intense cross training with the Four Seasons down the road and learn what true five star service is, where all guests are VIP and if/when a “ball is dropped”, ALL efforts are made for prompt guest resolution, vs the EAU approach which is NO effort.
