Eau Resort & Spa

My wife and I live local and went to the Eau to enjoy live music with Arturo Romay. We had no idea the extraordinary evening ahead, including a guitar talent like we’ve never experienced. Our planned one hour evening quickly turned to three. Not only were we blessed by Arturo’s extraordinary music, during his break he was kind enough to share stories of how he came to develop his deep love for guitar starting in Venezuela. We quickly learned that far beyond his talent, Arturo is a special human being. We will not forget this unexpected evening. Thank you Arturo and the Eau. Absolutely amazing experience at the Eau!!! The salon was wonderful. Rosa was my hair stylist and she made me feel at home with hot coffee and yummy treats while she styled my hair. The hotel was beautiful. My room was quiet, perfect temperature, with a great view/ balcony. All of tts staff were accommodating and offered a customized experience offering champagne on arrival and fresh water with fruit at every turn. Selena at the front desk was outstanding. She was friendly and professional! Our conference was outstanding!!! Great job by all.

Wonderful experience every time we go! Entertainment by the guitarist, Arturo is the best and makes lunches poolside at Breeze a dream! Also hearing him playing inside during dinner hours always makes it a special occasion.

We really loved this place. Gorgeous with wonderful service. We particularly enjoyed the guitarist, Arturo Romay, who often plays at nights in the lobby, sometimes with an additional musician (there was a saxaphonist there when we heard him). Arturo is a truly gifted musician and we could have stayed and listened to him for hours

Service was everything here. Spa was exceptional except for the guests with poor spa etiquette. They were so loud we could hear them down the hall in the sauna with the door closed. Could recite entire conversations I heard from the quiet room with “Shhhh” written all over the doors. Not the spa’s fault obviously but even after advising them that the party was disturbing the peace of other guests, they failed to quiet them down. I get the impression that these are locals who are their bread and butter rather than hotel guests. Food was not as good as I expected but the exquisite service and facilities everywhere made it a lovely trip. Ease of travel to the airport was a definite plus for a weekend getaway.
