White Elephant Palm Beach

Hotel itself is very pretty. However the pool was closed when we were there, you couldn’t sit outside at all as they had cleared all the furniture to do some building work. We left early and they did offer to refund which was very kind of them. Just found the place too quiet.

I have been to many wonderful hotels around the world and worked with great concierges, however the experience and support I received from Karen was truly on par or exceeded the best I have worked with. I was supporting my good friends who were getting married at the hotel with flowers for their wedding - and Karen not only helped too arrange the flowers in the bridal couples room but sent photos and videos of the arrangements and worked with me over the phone to make them perfect - and on a busy Friday night! Thank you Karen! You are a valued addition to the hotel!

My best friend and I planned a quick getaway to Palm Beach and I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the White Elephant Hotel! The hotel is so quaint and our rooms were beautiful and spotless. The modern touches and features made for the most relaxing room experience. I also can’t say enough about the amenities and the staff. From the moment we arrived the staff was so friendly and accommodating and by the time we left Luke and Karen (and the rest of the front desk and bell men staff) felt like part of our friend group. I truly can’t say enough about their hospitality. And to add to that, the perks of getting door to door driver service to all of our destinations in the top of the line BMWs made for stress free days and nights on the town. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to stay again!

Outstanding service and beautiful property. We stayed over July 4th weekend and the entire staff - including Jennifer, Karen, Adam, Xavier, Damien and Luis - went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We stayed in a King Suite with balcony and found the rooms to be spacious and very clean; the entire hotel feels modern, well appointed, and well cared for. We took advantage of the house cars multiple times a day and each time the drivers were prompt and greeted us with umbrellas when it was raining. While we didn’t use the bicycles, we briefly checked them out and found them to be in great working order and well equipped for casual city cruising. Karen and the other concierges went out of their way to accommodate our requests including bringing dinner to the beach and searching our room for a lost item while we were out. Damien and the other drivers were also always close at hand for assistance with luggage, driving and getting set up at the pool. 13/10 team.
