Absolute best staff! Location is great lots to walk and do close by. The car service is top notch; Sebastian is so friendly. Karen at the front desk makes your stay even more welcoming. Grab a drink at Lola with the most beautiful bar tender. The rooms are spacious, and the suites are inviting. All the little extras amenities don't go unnoticed. Thank you for a fabulous time.

We had an amazing experience at the White Elephant. The staff--from top to bottom--are simply fabulous and attended to our every need! Their excellent service simply cannot be overstated. From the personal services to recommendations and reservations--we simply could not have asked for more. We had one of the suites and it was very well appointed for our stay--very comfortable and lots of natural light. The hotel itself is just as pictured--stylish, cozy and fun. We ate several meals at the Lola, the hotel restaurant, and everything we tried (drinks and food--try the Frosé with fresh strawberries) was delicious. Though we did have some rain, we enjoyed the beach set-up, the bikes and one of the cars to run a few errands. A 10 out of 10 for sure and we hope to return soon!

We had the best experience staying at the White Elephant in Palm Beach. The service was truly exceptional—every member of the staff went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The house cars were such a game-changer during our stay, and the drivers were all wonderful. A special shout-out to Christian, who was not only incredibly helpful but also such a pleasure to chat with. The entire stay felt seamless and welcoming, and we’ll absolutely continue choosing the White Elephant whenever we’re in Palm Beach. Highly recommend!
