Beautiful resort with outstanding amenities. We were there for a conference and the venues were first class. Very easy to get around!

The facility is top notch but make sure you check you bill. I got an email confirmation upon booking with one price, but when I checked out, I was told the resort fee wasn't included in the original confirmation even though taxes and fees were listed. Cost me an extra $100. Considering I was there for business and didn't use amenities, that really ticked me off even more!

My fiancée and I had an amazing stay at PGA National Resort. From the moment we arrived, Teresa at check-in made us feel welcome and took great care of us. She even recommended that we visit the beach to watch the sea turtles nest, and thanks to her suggestion we were lucky enough to see three sea turtles during our visit—an unforgettable experience! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The service throughout the resort was truly five-star. We also enjoyed breakfast at Honeybelle, where we both ordered the Palm Beach Breakfast. The food was excellent and was a great way to start the day. Between the outstanding accommodations, exceptional service, and thoughtful recommendations from the staff, this was a memorable getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend PGA National Resort to anyone visiting Palm Beach Gardens.

Currently staying here and I really recommend staying elsewhere. We booked for the weekend and were really looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend. Unfortunately this place has its challenges and for the price point I highly recommend finding somewhere else. We checked in yesterday and the hotel itself is beautiful. Valet friendly and it felt like it was going to be a wonderful stay. We got assigned a room on the 1st floor towards the end of a very long hallway. But our keys didn’t work… the keys we just received. I will say Fabian our bellman was kind enough to go back for us to try and fix the keys so we wouldn’t have to walk all the way back. He also let us into our room which was thoughtful so we wouldn’t have to stay in the hallway. Room was pretty, clean and had a nice view of the pool.Fabian came back with new keys.. didn’t work again. Let us know engineering has been called. Engineering came within 10 minutes to fix the door. She was friendly, apologetic and fixed the door. Then we go about our day, come back and are going about our day. At 11:40 PM our AC stops working… Engineering is called back to our room. He can’t get the latch to the unit open…. it’s now past midnight and he’s says he has to come back because it’s not opening and he needs different tools. I explain how inconvenient this is as it’s past midnight and we don’t know if this will get working. He says he will have us reassigned to a different room. So at 12:30am instead of resting and enjoying our stay, i need to pack up everything and move. i also am in my pajamas and feel uncomfortable walking the hallways .. the bellman i think noticed and was kind enough to recommend using the stairs close by versus walking all the way to the elevator.. We get to the new room.. new long hallways on a different floor with a considerably downgraded view-no pool, just a street and trees… and then here’s the kicker… after getting situated and finally being able to get to bed close to 1am, the front desk calls us at 8am! they called us so early to ask us if the AC was working in our new room… they didn’t call us last night while we were awake until 1am dealing with this… but called us so early waking us up. we’re trying to rest and relax and really for the pricepoint I just think anyone can find a better experience elsewhere. This is not it.

This place is just overall great. Highly recommend. A lot of dining options on-site as well as a short drive away. I think I'll definitely come back soon and play a round of golf.
