Property is very nice. We stayed in the main tower 1 bedroom. The bed was comfortable but bring your own pillow. Also the sitting area sofa and chair was not that comfortable. Besides that the room was great with a small kitchenettef. Dining options were plenty and we enjoyed eating at Ocean Grille outside overlooking the beach. There is a small game room my son enjoyed and the pool was amazing. They have a slide, numerous pools (even a indoor pool/hot tub) and a lazy river. We enjoyed ordering food and drinks poolside from the friendly waitress. They have a full on fitness center and one of the best steam rooms in the locker area. The beach is so nice. Much nicer than we expecting for being on the Atlantic. Our family looks forward to returning.

1) The room needed some updates, carpet was worn out and stained, the bed frame was missing a piece and nails were sticking out, and the microwave hood did now work and a separate microwave was brought in for use. 2) The campus needs more signage to find your way around. The map they give you is vague and tells you areas of where you might find something but when you get there, you will still need to search sometimes to find exactly what you are looking for. 3) Loggerheads Pub was bad the first night but better later when we went back. First experience had dry wings that seemed like they had been sitting under a lamp for quite a while (it was 6:30pm) and the burger did not come with all of the trimmings the menu stated. Wait time was lengthened for some reason, even though not crowded, so getting anything corrected was a task. Second experience was much better with fresh wings and more attentive staff. 4) The concierge service was a little confusing. We called to reserve beach chairs and the rep told me she took care of it but when we got down to the beach kiosk, they mentioned they had not been contacted about any reservation and our name was not on the list. Luckily there was still room on the beach to fit our family in, but this could have turned out worse than it did. Nobody wants to promise a beach excursion to a 4 year old only to have to cancel it because of a reservation not getting input like promised. 5) The pro shop recorded my tee time to the Conservatory even though I was very specific about NOT playing that course and only playing the Ocean Course. They even shipped my clubs over the to the Conservatory the day of my tee time (would have been nice if I were actually playing that course). But, they retrieved my clubs quickly and were very accommodating as a result of the mistake. I made them aware of the error well before my tee time, luckily, and it was corrected before I needed the clubs. The Golf course was top 3 best course I have ever played! Pristine condition! Views that will be anchored in memory for the rest of my life! Well done to the grounds crew! 6) The putt-putt course was in shambles. There was more bare dirt than grass and they blamed aeration...there quite literally wasn't enough grass to aerate! BIG let down and we had to take my 4 year old to a miniature golf course in St. Augustine to play instead. This doesn't make sense because the Ocean Course is in such pristine condition! Where is the grounds crew for the putt-putt course? 7) Everyone on staff is very pleasant and a joy to deal with. We did not have one experience with a sour attitude or unpleasant demeanor during our stay. Every error, except for the room, was dealt with quickly and happily by the staff. They made the corrections and experience as warm as possible! I am very pleased with this as this seems to be hard to find these days. For the money we spent, even after the conference discount, it was too much for the Hotel to be in the condition its in. However, the Atlantic Grill, Hammock House, Ocean Bar, and the Golf Course was all worth the money spent.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the Ocean (Main tower 1031). The lobby, pool, and beach staff were attentive and easy to deal with. My only complaint that kept this from a five-star stay was housekeeping, who never came by once to replenish amenities or clean the room.

Property is beautiful and amenities, but poor experience at Delfinos as well as pro shop never called back about possible tee time for the Ocean Course.

Very enjoyable stay. Room was perfect at the Lodge. All staff members we encountered were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Played the Conservatory Golf Course twice, which was in excellent condition, both greens and fairways. Golf staff were friendly and efficient.
