The Reef House

After recently spending a week at Reef House, Palm Cove, I wish we had booked for longer, perhaps 10 days or 2 weeks. Reef House exceeded all my expectations, even though it had been highly recommended by a friend. Perhaps next year! I had never stayed in an adults only resort before and I have to say it was fantastic. No noisy families, no loud music, just the sound of the waves breaking on the sand each night as you nodded off to sleep. The relaxed but luxurious ambiance was welcoming from the moment you checked in. The staff were polite, very friendly and could not do enough for you. The restaurant staff amazing; remembering your coffee preferences and special requirements. The food delicious. Our room spacious, comfortable with a balcony and spa with glimpses of the ocean. Breakfast included every morning overlooking the ocean was a wonderful way to start the day. Plenty of sun lounges around the pools and in shaded areas for relaxing in peace! Enjoyed the cocktail making class and gelato around the pool at 3 pm every day but ran out of time and did not complete the 23 inclusions. Next time !!

We loved our little escape to The Reef House Adult Retreat From the moment we arrived we immediately started winding down with the help of beautiful essential oils burning in our room and the tranquility of the environment The staff were all welcoming and extremely helpful I particularly liked the magnesium pool and all the inclusions : Canapés at 5pm, drawing class, cocktail making and wine tasting to name a few . The in room yoga mat came in very handy as an alternative to the yoga classes We would highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at The Reef House in Palm Cove and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. What really stood out was how genuine the service felt — everyone seemed focused on making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, without ever being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere at The Reef House is wonderfully calm and relaxed. It really does feel like a place where you can switch off, slow down and enjoy being looked after. The location in Palm Cove is beautiful, and the overall experience was exactly what we were hoping for — peaceful, comfortable and very relaxing. A big thank you to the entire Reef House team for making our stay so enjoyable. The friendly and attentive staff were a real highlight and are a huge part of what makes this place special. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend The Reef House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Palm Cove.

Exceptional staff, exceptional activities, great location. As a place to de-stress in a high paced world, it was perfect. We stayed for 10 nights and didn't feel the need to leave the resort and local area.

Amazing getaway at Reef House! Loved relaxing by the pool with Dolane’s wonderful service, Youssef’s wine appreciation, Mee’s helpful reception service and Shaun Creek’s Aboriginal Culture discussion and riding to Trinity Beach! 5 ⭐️⭐️
