Don't waste your time coming to Innisbrook to play golf. The courses were in terrible shape and the pace of play was horrific.

The service was excellent. Jaidyn, Doug’s and Addalir Paid attention to detail. Great with the kids. Food was great and pizza hot. Paid attention while they were at the pool . Very attentive while doling out snow cone's. Excellent attitude Great group of people Will be going again

We had our son’s birthday party at Loch Ness Pool and it was nothing short of perfection! The location itself is stunning. It has so much to offer like a 0 entry swimming area, pool volleyball, hot tub and two exhilarating water slides. More than that however, we were beyond blown away with the level of service we received. From the moment we arrived for set up to the last minute of the day, the staff of Jaidyn, Dougie & Addalie led by John Schroeder was top notch. They helped with everything for setup, continually checked in with us for times we wanted party events to happen ie: when for food, when for games, when for dessert, etc. They were so nice and quick and just really excelled at the customer service. It made the party go so smoothly, the guests were truly amazed and impressed. Mind you, we were one of three parties they were working and yet we never felt forgotten about or left behind. That just speaks to the quality of this staff. We would absolutely recommend for any party or event you need!

Staff was amazing. Food was also really good. I just want to say the host was really nice Great place to eat with your family and friends at MSG. Definitely should try some of their soups, and have a good menu selection. My daughter loves their food. Their truffle fries are really good.

We Paid the resort rate $$$ at copperhead and were held up at half of the tee boxes ( quite crazy ) and unfortunate. Jake Cameron ended up saving our round. We will be back because of this fine gentleman. I applaud his willingness to help us out & make our experience worth it after being frustrated.
