A great place to "chill" during the summer in roasty toasty Palm Springs!
The Colony Palms is a charming oasis centrally located in Palm Springs. We visited with cousins in the area and appreciated the spacious accommodation, the great service, and the excellent food options in the restaurant. Easy access to downtown as well as residential areas of the city was appreciated. Though on a main street, our room was quiet and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.

A couples paradise
A charming hotel that delivered on a relaxing, comfortable and serene experience. There were a lot of small touches that we really loved. The hotel added our name the bedroom door, we were given an upgrade due to Amex privileges. We were given a kettle straight away when i requested one. The bedroom was beautifully designed. They handed us complimentary lemon waters by the pool. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and seating area was very chilled. We spoke to a few of the guests who were very friendly. The bedroom was superior and we had no complaints there. It was very hot so we spent most of our time indoors with the AC on. All the staff were friendly and engaging. I booked a massage experience which was fine. I wouldn’t go back to the spa, it felt hurried and no one told me I needed to arrive early to complete paperwork. I didn’t feel that rejuvenated afterwards. The breakfast was beautiful and we ordered it to our room. The patio outside the bedroom is a nice touch but it’s very bland and minimalistic. It’s a table and two chairs. Our only criticism was that they were clearly understaffed and were slow to check us in. We arrived early and had to wait a few hours. They repeatedly told us we could check in soon and we waited and waited.

This hotel is amazing. The staff, the rooms, the pool, the Colony Club are all stunning. I came here alone to relax after Coachella and I could not be happier about the selection.

A friend and I just returned from our stay at the Colony Palms Hotel for a 4-day package in a Casita. We had an amazing time! All of the wonderful staff made us feel as if we were staying at someone's private home. The pool area has a hip vibe and amazing food. The location is great, close to Palm Canyon Drive and the Movie Colony area is directly adjacent to the hotel. We had an amazing time and will definitely return.
