Luxurious tranquility in Palma

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

This hotel is the perfect retreat for a long weekend in Palma. See away from the hustle and bustle of Palma in the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, it is an oasis of tranquility and discreet, old world service. The staff are highly attentive yet unobtrusive. From the bell-hops to the bar and restaurant staff, there is a sense of care and desire to ensure guests enjoy the experience. The rooms are generous and comfortable. The swimming pool is an oasis with the most stunning backdrop of pines and mountains. Given the location, it affords a greater sense of space from other inner-Palma hotels. The only negative is the lack of readily-available filtered water which in this day and age should be table stakes.

Five Star Luxury with Golf

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The entire hotel team were first class. All very helpful and made us feel welcome. It feels like a family. Excellent pre arrival contact to ask if any requests, and the exact room number requested was provided. Fantastic breakfast, with friendly efficient service, great choice of food and complimentary Cava which is a nice touch. Good views. Hotel room excellent with large balcony. Hotel is very well designed with historical pictures on the walls. Great bar overlooking Palma in the distance with first class service. Golf is superb with free transportation and the improvements to Son Vida course have made it even better. Son Muntaner fairways looking tired but new buggies excellent. All golf caddy masters were brilliant. A five star hotel in a quiet area but accessible to Palma, just 15 minutes away, to visit traditional restaurants. Five star luxury with golf. Marvelous.

Excellent Resort for Relaxing and Golfing

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Very nice. Wonderful views. Food and service was excellent. Location was only negative for me. Really nothing to walk to in the immediate area. Need to have car or take taxi for really anything off the resort site. If you like to simply stay at a resort, especially if you like golf, this is a great option.

Exceptional hotel

Charming historic hotel near Palma de Mallorca surrounded by beautiful scenery. The art in the hotel is captivating, reflecting its history and the history of the island; their weekly art tour is a must. Many thanks to the head concierge Luis for generously sharing his knowledge of the hotel history and for his insider trips that led to a magnificent road trip exploring the rest of the island. We will be back !

Awesome

My husband and I spent one night at the hotel after arriving from the United States. It was an incredible experience. Beautiful and the hospitality was awesome. We enjoyed our lunch and dinner at the hotel. If you like saunas they have an excellent one.
