Concepcio by Nobis

The building itself does most of the talking. The original marès stone vaults in the lounge and dining rooms are stunning, and someone was smart enough to leave them exactly as they were and build the modern design around them. The green and white stone floors, the huge steel-framed windows, the plants everywhere: it all feels considered without trying too hard. The courtyard pool was the real winner for us. A green-tiled plunge pool with loungers on a raised terrace, olive trees in pots, and old Palma rooftops peeking over the walls. We spent more time there than we planned to, which says everything. Rooms are calm and well done, the green shutters and quiet make for a proper night’s sleep, and the staff were genuinely warm rather than rehearsed. Small town-house scale, so it feels personal, not like a big hotel machine. If you want a design-led base in the middle of Palma with a pool to come back to after a day of walking, this is an easy recommendation. We’ll be back.

It’s hard to put into words just how special our stay at Concepció by Nobis was. It wasn’t just a beautiful hotel - it was the people who made it unforgettable. Every single member of the team was so warm, kind and genuinely thoughtful. Their professionalism was exceptional, yet everything felt so personal. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make us feel so welcome and looked after. As we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, they made the occasion feel incredibly special, and we’re so grateful for the kindness they showed us throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms are effortlessly stylish with so many lovely little touches. The pool area is a peaceful little oasis, and despite being right in the heart of Palma, the whole hotel feels calm, luxurious and intimate. Without a doubt, this was our favourite part of our first trip to Mallorca. We left with wonderful memories and already can’t wait for the day we return. Thank you to everyone at Concepció by Nobis for making our anniversary one we’ll never forget.

Faultless from start to finish. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The staff were exceptional – warm, genuinely friendly, creating a level of service that felt both personal and effortless. The hotel itself is stunning, from the beautifully designed rooms to the restaurant, bar, and pool area. Combined with a location that is hard to beat in Palma, it made for a truly memorable stay. A special mention goes to Iriel, whose warmth, generosity, and ever-present smile made a lasting impression. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again and again.

I only stayed for one night before leaving Palma, but I wish I had stayed longer. The hotel is beautifully designed—simple, stylish, and effortlessly chic—with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is fantastic, with great food and excellent cocktails served throughout the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home. A wonderful city hotel that exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Palma.
