Convent de la Missio

We stayed at Convent de la Missió for a long weekend at the end of August as part of a work trip, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is set in a beautifully converted old convent, and we really loved the contrast between the historic architecture and the fresh, modern interiors. The whole hotel is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail, lovely furniture and artwork throughout. Everything felt stylish, contemporary and very well maintained. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with excellent beds. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a great selection and everything feeling fresh and high quality. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, with its small pool and sun loungers. It was the perfect place to relax for a few hours in the afternoon, and we ended up using it quite a lot during our stay. The hotel also has a beautiful bar which was great for a drink in the evening. The staff were excellent throughout our stay – professional, genuinely friendly and very helpful. Everyone we met spoke English, so communication was effortless. Overall, a beautiful, stylish and very comfortable hotel with a lot of character. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it for a stay in Palma.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a 3 night city break to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. The hotel was simply stunning and all the staff were amazing and happy to help and accommodate any requests. Special shout out to Kristina who went over and above and made our stay so special and arranged flowers, bubbly and chocolates. We stayed in a superior double room with a 4 poster bed and it was worthy of the hotels 5 star rating. Spacious, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Location is perfect with bars, restaurants and main attractions all within walking distance. Overall this hotel is amazing and we will definitely visit again.

Highly recommend this wonderful hotel and praise the amazing staff. We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The rooms are beautifully decorated and cared for. The reception staff were so helpful arranging flowers and helping us celebrate. The bar staff were attentive, and the roof top terrace is a delightful sanctuary to relax in.

We really liked the hotel and the staff—they’re lovely, and the location is excellent. That said, I don’t feel the property meets a five-star standard overall. Improvements are needed around the rooftop pool area, including toilet facilities located closer to the pool, as well as better pool-area amenities and seating. Service should be more visible, particularly around the pool and lounge areas, with more frequent and easier food-and-beverage availability. The suite also felt less than expected in size, and there were several trip hazards in the room that need addressing promptly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the destination, but the hotel doesn’t currently feel like a five-star plus experience.

Amazing! Book it now. From start to finish a very friendly, and welcoming hotel. Calm and relaxing. Breakfast amazing. Nothing too much trouble. Fab location. Really lovely hotel
