I booked a large suite for 2 nights. It was not inexpensive at euro 300 @ night. Whilst it is a big suite and modern, it lacks simple items that any 4 star hotel would include. There is no complimentary water, no face tissues in the bathroom, no cups to make tea, even though there is a small kettle. They wanted to charge 5 euro to bring some to the room. I had to get them from the hotel bar. The restaurant is closed for holidays, even though this is a tourist hotel and it‘s when most tourists travel. The car parking is 19 euro a day. I would have thought that a suite would come with complimentary car parking. There were no suitcase stands. I had to ask for them. Whilst the staff have been friendly, and the rooms tidy, I cannot recommend this hotel.

1 June 2025. The AC system was extremely week. Impossible to adequately cool room 204. My wife, 71 years old, and with health problems, was extremely uncomfortable. I requested a fan be placed in the room but apparently that was too difficult. Extremely poor response from the young staff. I travel quite a bit in Spain, last time I will stay at Tres Reyes in Pamplona.

Stayed here for two nights. Hotel did meet our expectations. Warm welcome and parking space nearby. The breakfast was nice with great coffee. The buffet had a lot of products and was refilled constantly.. Pamplona is a nice city to visit with a lot of gastro bars and restaurants. Avoid the restaurant, the service sucks and the food is under warehouse standard. Better visit in one of the nearby bars or restaurants. Conclusion, nice accommodation for a short stay.

A large modern hotel in a convenient location. The rooms were huge (ours was classed as a junior suite) with a large sitting room as well as the bedroom. Unfortunately, the rooms were a bit soul-less and, curiously, the enormous television was located in the bedroom so that the sofa in the rather boring sitting room area simply faced a blank wall. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent, and the shower was the best I’ve seen for some time. But why was the bar closed at lunchtime?
