Bristol Panama

Stayed the week of January 2–9 and enjoyed every moment. Even with a small issue with my air‑conditioning unit on the evening of day six, it was still a truly wonderful stay. Who *wasn’t* amazing… honestly, everyone stood out in their own way. But there are definitely some people who deserve a special mention: **My Favorite Faces:** Leonardo, George, Jorge, Javier, Gabriel, Ruben, and EDGAR (♤♡). These guys make your comings and goings seamless and effortless, always with a warm, pleasant demeanor. They’re also great for a laugh. Edgar gets an extra shoutout for handling our early arrival and moving our bags around—he did it like it was his job (yes, that’s the joke!). **Simeon and Moises** from the restaurant were absolute gems. I’m sure they were tired of us ordering the same afternoon snacks and drinks, but they never missed a beat. A special thank‑you to Simeon for the extra care when I fell ill one afternoon—he rushed in with a hot bowl of sancocho and a lovely tea service. I was back on my feet in no time. Shoutout to the maintenance technician working the evening of January 7th. He arrived at my room in what felt like five seconds, immediately diagnosed the issue, coordinated with the front desk, and had me moved right away. Thank you 😊 I hope this review helps someone decide to stay here. I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience, the team was amazing, from the front doorman, Leonardo, George, Jorge and all the others scheduled the week of January 2nd through the 9th. The restaurant staff, Moises, Alceedez(not the correct spelling) Simeon who took extra great care of us. The Bartenders, Victor and Anthony were amazing! The front desk team were so accommodating, this truly is a 5 Star Property.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bristol Panama. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely accommodating—always ready to help with recommendations, transportation, or anything we needed. The rooms are a real highlight: spacious, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, from the layout to the quality of the furnishings, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring Panama City. The room was spotless, quiet, and felt more like a private retreat than a standard hotel stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury and warmth—elegant without feeling stuffy. It’s clear the team takes pride in delivering a high level of service, and it shows in every detail. If you’re looking for a hotel in Panama City that offers comfort, excellent service, and a refined yet welcoming experience, The Bristol is an outstanding choice. The hotel is nice and located very well. Easy to travel to other parts of the city from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.
