A beautiful hotel
A beautiful hotel love my room don’t forget the bed so soft and nice and the natural body wash I don’t use hotel soap but I did use them love it! Did not see a Mini bar and my room came with it besides that room service always on call!

Excellent service, relaxing stay
Excellent service from all don’t have all the names but would like to focus on Juan, Gilbert, Nitzvia, Simeon and Victor. Everyone is very helpful, good food in the restaurant. I recommend the Bristol for a visit to Panama City

Extraordinary service and comfort, 10 stars
From moment I walked in the hotel I was warmly greeted by Juan who was very helpful and offered information about area, restaurant and activities. The room itself was large and comfortable with a nice view. The bathroom offered a separate shower, toilet and large soaking tub. There is an exercise room and pool on 5th floor, a spa on 25th floor, a bar off lobby and an amazing restaurant on 5th floor. The hotel offers several activities which I highly recommend. I went with the chef (and Juan to translate) to the markets and came back to make ceviche. I even got to choose my own lobster for dinner which was amazing. The restaurant is Michelin quality and inventiveness. Flavors are amazing. I had lunch 2 other places which were excellent but the food at Sal ti Pudes is the best I have eaten in years! I should also mention how incredibly friendly everyone was. Wait staff, hostess, front door staff ( Raul and Gabriel) always had a smile and greeted me by name. I am already making plans to return!

WONDERFUL
So relax, the spa is the best part of the hotel. I would like to be back with my husband next time! And the buffet was incredible, very mixed and that was pretty cool because of the variety.

Absolutely top notch service more than anything! Very attentive to details, helpful, and kind service at all times. The facilities were also incredible. Looking forward to visiting again!
