Boutique feel hotel
Lovely, quiet hotel with a great breakfast selection and quality offerings. Location was very convenient. The room was a good size but lighting in the bedroom was a little dark. The bathrooms were well lit, generous size. The bar was beautiful and served great cocktails. I stayed in two other hotels in the area and loved this hotel the most.

A Team providing Service from their heart ❤️
The Bellhops/Valet Team, The Front Desk/Reception Staff - Patricia & Carlos , Maids, Room & Guest Services Team and those who unseen who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable as I fell ill whilst at the hotel. They recognised I was unwell and acted , got me an English Speaking Doctor - Dr. Jose A. Gomez L who spoke with me by phone and was at the hotel within 20minutes and attended to me. I am now back home and improving but had to give a shout out! Kudos to the Team and see you all again next month under my usual happy circumstances. Service is key , being human and showing empathy comes from within . Bristol has an awesome Team who provide service with a smile and from their heart 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Great experience
I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. I especially want to recognize Yasira, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure that all my needs were taken care of promptly. Her excellent customer service truly made my experience even better. Thanks to Yasira and the rest of the team, my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
