Wonderful
Wonderful stay, very accommodating staff, especially Ida at the front desk. Restaurant staff for breakfast are extremely hardworking managing the heavy foot traffic. Room was amazing!

We had an amazing experience at the Golden Tower - highly recommend! It was enhanced by the friendly and charming staff. Especially Gretty from the restaurant. Gretty went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She became a great amiga and is one of the main reason we can’t wait to go back!

The waiter was a very nice very polite young man named Santiago and we give him a 10 out of 10 please keep him working cause we visit this hotel often and we wanna see him again

Refused to honour reservation
When I arrived around 9pm after a long flight, I was shocked to find my room unavailable. Despite booking directly they initially claimed I hadn't "confirmed" (ludicrous) before accepting they didn't have a room for me and would send me to another hotel. The whole time they refused to call a manager, and the guy didn't bother removing his airpod.
