Not great...not even good.
I would NEVER stay here again...based on this: -Room service order was doubled...ordered cheeseburger and fries...i got 2 cheeseburgers and fries, because the person on the phone taking orders COULD NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH! My order arrived and I was presented with a bill for twice as much...told him to take an order away and adjust the bill. OF COURSE he could not understand any English either. Then another person comes up with the right bill, and I am like what to you want me to do? She also had some handheld device, but she would not explain what she wanted...BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH EITHER! Room service is a sensitive area, and I do not understand why a hotel that has "Americas' in the title would not have bilingual folks taking room service orders! - No face or wash cloths...so I guess I am supposed to use my HAND??? - No hot water for the shower, and I stayed there 5 nights! - Buffet - pictures on website are deceptive! Scrambled eggs were so runny I could hardly eat them. Then when they were "right" they were ICE COLD. I complained...the next day they were perfect. THEY DO NOT COOK THE BACON...so you need to like your bacon medium rare or eat some other meat - that typically would not go with scrambled eggs! I did bring this to the attention of the hotel...and I got.... a fruit salad...yeah me!

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Very central to everything. Plenty of dining options. The hotel staff was friendly. I could stay there again

Great experience and would recommend.
Great hotel and fantastic service. Our room was very clean, spacious, and had amazing views of the city. Plenty of stores, shops, and services within walking distance, and we felt safe getting around. The only issue we had was that the jets in our tub did not work, and the drain stopper had to be fixed by maintenance.

My stay at the hotel
The hotel is great, the workers are extremely polite and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay at Las Americas Golden Tower again when visiting Panama! ¡Muchas gracias a todos!
