Hotel location was great with nice staff and decent food. Our room was not cleaned properly unfortunately. The bathroom floor and counter were dirty, along with stained towels on 2 occasions

We stayed in the Garden Suite on the 26th floor, and I’m writing this review because I could find almost nothing about this suite online. First, the view is absolutely insane. Two massive walls of floor-to-ceiling glass plus the garden patio overlook Panama City, and it’s the kind of view that makes you stop mid-sentence and just stare. Day or night, it’s stunning. The suite itself is huge and very functional for families: Two full bathrooms, each with sink, toilet, and shower The primary bathroom is larger and includes a bathtub and walk-in closet Central living/dining area with a dining table for three, coffee machine, small fridge, two couches, coffee table, and TV Our two kids (both under 5’7”) slept comfortably on rollaway beds in the living room area There is an adjoining hotel room connected to the suite, but it must be reserved separately, it does not automatically come with the Garden Suite. The primary bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, desk, chair, and TV. The garden patio is accessed through the primary bedroom and is a highlight of the suite. The patio is large and includes: Three chairs and a coffee table Two chaise lounges A jacuzzi The jacuzzi is lukewarm, but honestly, given the heat and humidity in Panama City, the temperature was totally fine and still very enjoyable. Now for the honest part: The hotel was clearly gorgeous when it was first built, but if you look closely, it’s a bit tired. We noticed things like tiles falling off the hot tub and slightly misaligned bathroom doors. That said, everything was very clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which goes a long way. We appreciated: Daily breakfast included with the room The 6th-floor pool, which was a great place to relax The gym was fine, not amazing, not terrible Staff Clean room One important heads-up: the elevators are slow and often packed. Plan to leave 5–10 minutes earlier than you think you need to, especially during busy hours. Bottom line: If you want space, jaw-dropping views, and a unique suite experience in Panama City, the Garden Suite is a great option, just go in knowing it’s more “luxury that’s lived in” than brand new and shiny.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms, overall good. They have good breakfast and generally friendly staff members. The location is also central

We reserved the room on the Copa airline layover program and stayed here for 5 days. Details of the program are on the airline's site. We were happy to have a room on a high floor and the ocean and City views were great. Panama City is a metropolis that lives up to the hype. Lots to do and see and the hotel is centrally located. It's in a safe area across from a private hospital. It is a short walk to the waterfront and the Melacón. Uber to any one of the wonderful restaurants in the area. That's what we did. Breakfast here was great every am. We enjoyed our stay and will likely be back on the same program.
