A room with a view
We really enjoyed the staff at the golden tower. Our room was spacious, stylish, and clean. All the rooms have a beautiful view of the city. We had some killer drinks at the Union Market from Marcos. Try the bell pepper Negroni and the old fashioned. You won’t be disappointed. The salmon poke bowl was memorable too.

Excellent Breakfast
In general, the hotel and its employees were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options, and the omelet was perfect. The server, Ms. Cindy, was very polite and efficient. However, one small issue needs attention: the cleaning crew should be more diligent about addressing small spots on the walls.

Great service
Kiara served us last year in the restaurant and, again, this year in the "Union" of restaurants on the bottom floor and she is "MuyFabuloso!!!" Very attentive, great smile, servants heart, and...wow is she tall ;-) Ask for her by name! You will be pleased!

Conveniently located hotel with outstanding staff
The staff in this hotel are wonderful. So helpful. The front desk people are great. Kudos to Edgar,Juan, Javier and Valeria. They went above and beyond to help us with some paperwork we needed on short notice. We really appreciate the effort. The wait staff in the hotel breakfast area are also wonderful. Shout out to Jennifer-so nice!

Great Hotel, Food, and Staff
The Hotel is wonderful as is the hotel bottom lobby restaurant Union Market (UM). The entire staff is top notch, friendly and helpful! Cindy and Jenifer Hernandez at UM are outstanding!!!
