Need to improve
For a wedding is not the best service. Aren't ready for this type of events. Have to pay more attention on details that make everything better.

Great hotel choice in Panama City
Well-located, very clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and a good breakfast. For those traveling with Copa Airlines and making a stopover, early check-in and late checkout are included in the daily rate. Next to the hotel is a large outlet mall with many shops, great prices, and a Hard Rock Café.

A wonderful experience, I liked it a lot
It's a good service. Elevator maybe could be the only item to improve. For me it was a good experience for the price, and a good location.

Everything at the hotel was great! The breakfast buffet was different every day, the service was exceptional, the room was big, clean, and beautiful.

A great stay with good food, clean rooms and a wonderful staff.
The whole staff was great. Breakfast is wonderful, giving lots of options. Jennifer was amazing and treated us well. Her vibrant personality and her ability to speak English helped welcome us (since one of us had no Spanish speaking ability).
