Great service
The service provided was exceptional - Roy at the door greeted us and shared all the details necessary - Marcus at the bar makes a great Negroni - Maridom our waitress was delightful while Keisha our concierge provided a wonderful tour guide - to the Canal!

Great Vacation Getaway!!
Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo is located in Casco Viejo and on the water. The atmosphere is relaxed and all the staff are friendly and very professional. My hats off to the ladies and gentlemen that stay outside and are continually opening the doors for the patrons. Rooms are very clean and very relaxing for a little break from all the walking that you will be doing. Since this was a mini vacation the Value was well worth it. I used the Concierge service for private transfer from and to the airport. Prices are not bad and very professional with alot of knowledge. I also used the fast track VIP for security at the airport and that is well worth it, especially for time and I won't argue with the price. There is a nice gym with equipment for lifting and cardio. Right outside the gym is the pool area. All the restaurants are worth trying especially with all the variety. Understand this is a 5 Star Hotel. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking to walk around Casco Viejo and just enjoy la historia, cultura, and la gente de Panama.

Excellent stay with luxury service
We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful property and it was fantastic. Our room was spacious, clean and offered a stunning view of the city skyline and ocean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt like we were part of their family. The food at their main restaurant Caleta was delicious with a great service from Eduardo. We also enjoyed Ammi, their Rooftop, where we had some nice drinks combined with delicious meat. We are already planning to come back.
