We went for our anniversary dinner and wonderful Eduardo served our table. Not only was Eduardo the most educated and amazing server, we also had one of the best meals we have had in Panama. We were greeted with complimentary champagne and a very nice dessert to celebrate the occasion. Food is particularly good. Gourmet panamanian flavor with a unique touch. Truly remarkable. Our experience was fabulous and we are looking forward to be back soon.

Fantastic stay at Sofitel. Travelled for work and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location is great, the architecture beautiful, and the team there truly excellent. Thank you to Carlos and the butler team for their service. Hope to visit again

Right on the water within the lovely (and crowded) Casco Viejo. Nice outdoor pool. Workers are very well-trained (kudos to management), and easier for non-Spanish speakers to communicate here vs other venues in Panama. My room came with butler service, and that team was very responsive (day and night). The shower was amazing -- great water pressure and hot water. The concierge team was also very responsive regarding questions before my arrival. A few small negatives -- no sauna or steam room. Breakfast that was included was fine, not as outstanding as the hotel overall, and no buffet for those who prefer that option. No yoga option but I did have a very enjoyable sound therapy class. Overall, the best service I can recall over many years of traveling. Would happily return.
