Best Location, Best Staff, Best Stay
Superb stay. The Sofitel is beautifully appointed, and, in my opinion, has the best location in Casco Viejo. The hotel is serene and the staff is attentive, warm, and friendly. It projects a wonderful combination of history and relaxation and is a great base from which to explore Casco Viejo and beyond. Our room was lovely and very well serviced, and the hotel’s amenities are top notch. Special shout out to the SLCV Butler Team, who took great care of us — arranging excellent tours and providing great dinner recommendations. If you want a relaxing stay in a beautiful location and with impeccable staff, this is the place for you.

Magical Experience
Dining at La Caleta at Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo was an absolutely exceptional experience from beginning to end. The food was outstanding—beautifully prepared, flavorful, and truly worthy of such a spectacular setting. What made the experience even more memorable, however, was the service. Martin was absolutely top-notch—professional, attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. His hospitality made me feel truly welcomed and added a personal touch that I won’t soon forget. I’m already looking forward to returning to La Caleta and, most importantly, seeing Martin and the wonderful rest of the staff again. Exceptional food, exceptional service, and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
