Spent 2 nights here at the end of our cruise, superb hotel, stunning bar area and swimming pool with swim up bar, rooms are large, very clean and modern

Great hotel room and great pool- this pool was huge and made our one night stay superb. The carrefour nearby was also handy. This place is a great place to stay before flying out, but unsure how it would be for any longer.

Cannot give an in-depth review of this hotel as arrived before midnight then leaving in morning to board a cruise. We probably would not have booked in here as very expensive but the tour operator had already booked and we went along with it. Staff were friendly and gave us the information on breakfast but we decided it was way overpriced and we would go local. The small shopping mall is close by and we got breakfast there. On wondering about the hotel it is very nice but it was very busy with all the sun beds taken. The bedroom was lovely and very welcoming after a long haul flight.

Lovely property to spend time while waiting for a cruise. Lots of open areas, beautiful manicured plants. Covered skyway to mall across the street where you can find carrefour grocery store and a bistro to buy stuff for breakfast and lunch( which are super expensive at the hotel and not included). Unfortunately there are not many areas outside in shaded or breezy areas to sit. Most seating outdoors is by the pool or in areas reserved for the bar, or areas in the heat and sun. Would suggest they put some lounge chairs in shady quiet spots that are not as hot as by pool or in sun. Fortunately our room was ground level with balcony which was partially private and in the shade so we ate our lunch there.

We stayed at Hilton Tahiti twice during our recent trip — first for two nights and then again for one night — and there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The hotel upgraded us to the Residence Suite, which was a wonderful surprise and truly elevated our stay. The suite was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, and the views from the property are fantastic, especially at sunset. These positive touches made our stay enjoyable. However, there were a few issues that left us disappointed. Despite being a Hilton Gold member, we were informed that breakfast benefits would not be honored because our booking was made through a third party. I understand policy, but it felt a bit discouraging, especially given our loyalty status and the otherwise generous upgrade. The bigger concern is related to billing and refunds. For the first stay, I was charged again at checkout even though payment had already been made through the travel agent. I checked out on November 30th, and as of today, I still haven’t received that refund. During our second stay, another authorization hold was placed, yet I have not received the refund for that stay either. These delays and duplicate charges have caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress during and after our trip. Overall, the property itself is lovely and the upgrade was appreciated, but the billing experience and lack of clarity around Gold benefits prevented this from being the seamless Hilton stay we were hoping for. I’m looking forward to the refund being processed soon and hope the hotel improves these areas for future guests.
