Food & view
Seated in a corner on the patio with a view overlooking Mo'orea really set the tone. The portions are generous. The curry shrimp was the table favorite! Order the Mai tai or Hibiscus drink to complement

Pleasantly surprised
Location is great , not far from Faaa airport & if you like , you can walk into Papeete along the waterfront path. The Atmosphere is modern relaxed . The waitress from the La Strada restaurant helped us choose our dinner menu. The choice was perfect , service was excellent. Dining outside overlooking the lagoon was a pleasant surprise, very enjoyable.

Managed Disappointingly
The hotel is beautiful. Gorgeous pool and lovely rooms. However the manner in which this hotel is managed is disappointing and definitely not customer focused. We stayed at the hotel two nights prior to a cruise and two post cruise. As we were part of a block booking imo we were treated with disdain. On our visit prior to our cruise we opted to upgrade to an Ocean View Suite at our expense. We decided that it would be silly to pay for an upgrade for the two days when we returned after the cruise. However I asked it we could purchase early check in. Told we couldn't unless we upgraded to a suite again and then we could. I declined. When we did return we arrived at 1000. No rooms were released to any of our large group until 1500. It was very hot and uncomfortable sitting waiting and we also all littered the foyay and cool seating areas fir hours. Management didn't care as policy was to allocate rooms at 1500 when everyone descended on reception. What a ridiculous process. When we did get to our room at 1520 our luggage was already there, very strange. I cannot believe that no rooms were ready before all being suddenly ready at 1500. Even a member of our group who was feeling quite ill was denied a room until 1430 and only after pleading from someone else. None of the members of staff seemed happy in their work. In conclusion: Beautiful hotel spoiled by the Management policies.

Nice hotel
Friendly attention at the restaurant. Nice ocean view from my room. It would it be nice to have a beach at the hotel.

Great stay
Great location, conveniently near airport. Staff was very welcoming. Rooms were clean. Only small complaint is some street noise from where my room was located. Would definitely stay again.
