We had a nice experience here at this Hilton. The location was convenient in terms of getting to and from the airport as well as exploring Papeete. We enjoyed the pool as well as dining experiences here at the hotel. Timeri was a great waitress who made sure we were taken care of!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel's dining options were also impressive; I enjoyed breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which offered a wide variety of delicious choices. Additionally, the location was convenient, close to local attractions and public transport. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Hotel for both business and leisure travelers. It's a great blend of comfort, service, and amenities. --- Feel free to modify it based on your specific experiences!

This is a review specifically for dinner at the on-site Italian restaurant, Le Strada. We came here as a couple staying one night at the hotel on a stopover between BoraBora and our flight back to the USA (LAX). Our waitress, Jessica, was exceptionally attentive, sweet, and professional. The manager of the restaurant greeted us on arrival and showed us to our table. She was also exceptionally attentive and professional. We had just returned from a week holiday at a resort on Borabora and were sorely disappointed there! The staff at La Strada took it upon themselves to make our last night in French Polynesia something to remember. The food was excellent, the flavors well balanced, and the ingredients fresh. The desserts were amazing and the service absolutely outstanding! Thank you so very much for a beautiful experience on the terrace.

Upon arrival, the first impression was just nice not grand. The staff was good not great. The Hilton Tahiti was nice not exceptional. Just nice because I always had these very grandiose ideas about the destination and if I’m honest, Tahiti on a whole is overrated up against say Seychelles or the Maldives. I paid lots for the one bedroom thinking it’d be top tier. It wasn’t so I was hoping to get an upgrade to a view room—-even as Diamond, the wouldn’t. You would think the one bedroom would have one of the best “views”, but the view was utterly shocking (BAD). There was a GIANT tree directly in front of the windows. It was so frustrating. We couldn’t see anything else! I can’t understand what the architect was thinking. Maybe they weren’t thinking at all. The one bedroom was certainly comfortable but if you’re in it for more than just space, be prepared—I was told almost none of the 1-bedrooms have a view. The linens and towels were passable but the amenities were just mid-level by my standards. All in all, as a New Yorker the view completely ruined the total experience for me. The breakfast buffet was just good. There were plenty of semi-blah traditional breakfast foods to choose from. The evening entertainment at the restaurant was a nice surprise. The performance was traditional dance, and held our attention through out. The food at the restaurant was mid-level and the service was just OK. I had an issue with my reservation and the supervisor was nice enough to address it quickly and professionally. At least the customer service showed up after lots of poking and prodding. In any case, the manager was gracious and resolved the issue to my liking. She was pregnant at the time so I’m hoping she had a healthy baby. This hotel is just in the middle of the road all the way around. I would stay again if there was nothing else available, but it wouldn’t be my first choice. Actually, Tahiti wouldn’t be my first choice. I don’t repeat destinations often, and I certainly wouldn’t start here.
