Terrible Customer Service in all Dining experiences! Water slides dangerous, 2 others and I are leaving with terrible bruising on our bottoms from the slides.

The staff made the difference. Everyone went out of their way to make our experience wonderful.

The room was the best part great view comfortable bed stop the atmosphere was horrible. Felt like a big bottle neck at Disney trying to money grab every chance they could if I’m being really honest I would never go there again just on principal was not disclosed. How much extra in fees taxes in other money related items that were not disclosed in the Priceline booking buyer beware the reservation price was 30% or more higher when I checked out after duties fees in taxes the worst part was the adventure park was for the most part closed. The rides were under repair as well as a lot of other parts of the park. The whole entire Atlantis needs to be painted. It looks worn. Terrible smells, came from the hallways in the staff was fairly rude with checking people randomly to make sure you were a hotel guest not my idea of a good vacation however, we made the best of it in all complaining aside. The best meals we had were off the Resort if you get a chance, go to the poop deck Family own in operated delicious seafood, reasonable prices great service.

I attended a corporate meeting at The Coral. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and service oriented. Props to Amelio for his top notch attention and help! He went above and beyond to help me with my bags and was beyond kind!
