Great experience
The resort facility is outstanding, team ate friendly and beaches are good... I knew some people complained about food prices but this is bahamas and food is expensive all over the island

Underwhelmed and expensive.
Weather was great. I had significant challenges with getting the room I booked 6 months in advance. Staff were challenging and unhelpful. Dining was expensive and with the 15% gratuity rate already charged prior to service rendered, the service lacked as a result - food was slow and sometimes not hot or wrong compared with what was ordered.

Jean, Danielle at the Concierge and front desk have been extremely helpful. Room service Julia and Nicole for room service. The check in process, the navigation process around the towers, shuttle service all good. I would rate food in the restaurants below par for the price they charge.

Amazing place to be.... as stated, it's paradise!!!
This is a wonderful place to stay, I see a bunch of cruise ships coming in for the day and there is no way a day is enough. We were there for 5 days and every day we saw and did something new. To enjoy it to the fullest you have to be willing to spend money. It's not cheap however the experiences are worth it. I would totally go back. The white beach and aqua blue waters were so lovely and if you are lucky, you can find your own conch shell like we did. It was a great escape from the cold winter weather. We give it an A+++!!!

Worst Hotel ever experienced
On Arrival I said to the staff the room wasn't up to the standard and size expected. Instead of supporting the complaint the team hid in the back room. We had no choice to book in the Cove which was a lot more expensive. They then charged us for the weeks stay in the Coral even though we didn't stay in the room as it wasn't good enough
