The Cove: Service and Food
I recently stayed at The Cove at Atlantis, and overall I would rate my experience 3.5 out of 5. The property itself is beautiful, and Atlantis Paradise Island maintenance staff does an excellent job maintaining the grounds, and housekeeping was responsive and thorough. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming; however, they were not very helpful when it came to resolving a billing error, which was disappointing — especially at a hotel positioned as the high-end option within the resort. , I did not feel the value matched the price. Additionally, the food throughout the resort was very expensive. Overall, a good stay with strong cleanliness and service in some areas, but the value and billing experience left room for improvement.

Great Couples Retreat
Really enjoyed it. Staff is super friendly. Dining is costly, but food was good. Bottom line would I stay there again - YES!

Family Trip 2026
Rooms and common areas need to be updated. Furniture is worn out and bathroom fixtures are as well. Carpets in many area are in badd shape.
