Lovely experience for our anniversary.
Front desk staff amazing! They moved us to a better room for our anniversary. Lovely suite style room with wonderful views. Yes everything is expensive. You have to just forget about cost and lean into experience. Great Cove adult only pool and the beach was refreshing and close.

Just Go!
Overall we enjoyed this resort. The property is beautiful and there is something to do for everyone. Yes there is some wear and tear…it’s a massive resort with thousands of people going through it day after day. If you plan on spending all your time examining every nook and cranny of the room, then this probably isn’t the place for you.

Great place to stay had a wonderful except the Dolphin Cay Experiences
Overall a good stay. Hotel, pools, dining, shopping and beaches were wonderful, The lack towels and towel station could be improved and I would not do Dolphin Cay experiences again.

Cove Pool closed - no notice.
Cove Pool closed. Who knew? Prices are beyond Ritz-Carlton levels. 15% Service charge for everything - including coffee - is ridiculous. Rooms showing their age. Resort is as well. No ability to reach reception.

Best Vacation Ever !
Great experience with family. Everyone loved it ! We have a large blended family. There were 14 of us from Norway ( 6 ) and America (8) - LA, NYC , KY ,and SC . We were spread out between The Cove and Harborside at Atlantis.
