Reviews for The Cove at Atlantis
Offseason repairs and maintenance
The Cove in Atlantis is the only place we have stayed. It is far nicer than the other parts of the resort. However, beware of off season maintenance and repairs. The rapid river, two of the biggest slides in the water park and the spa were all closed during our stay. Make sure your gaming card works throughout your trip and don’t wait until last day to check.

The resort is huge, amazing, clean, safe, and worth the money. The staff is phenomenal! Shantoria, Indie, and Jason (Manager) made our trip wonderful.

Awesome place for a retreat or family vacation. Everything you need in one place. We spent 5 days but could have stayed much longer

Too expensive with hidden fees. Worse than Vegas with charges.
26% added to almost all services and food. Resort credit can't be used for fees and gratuities. Aquarium was dirty couldn't see through glass. Minimal predators in aquarium. Nothing to do. Casino just ate money. Cove was under extensive renovations with drilling noise from 10 to 5. No way to relax.

Cove/Atlantis
Great hotels, picturesque views and beautifully maintained landscapes around Royal and Cove, but overpriced and mediocre food. Really enjoyed sea creatures in the nearby basins and aquariums, aqua adventure water park, beaches and pools. On a bad note, the ground services could not connect the air bridge to the plane ( Jet Blue) and we could not leave the plane for a while. Also, it was an hour wait time at customs/border control. Also, it was a waiting delay for transportation. Overall, our arrival was delayed for over 3 hours.
