Excellent quality of service accommodations and overall great vacation experience. From check-in to check-out everyone (staff) was helpful and very respectful. My wife and I are looking forward to vacationing at this resort in the future when we visit our son in Phoenix.

Great hotel! Upscale but not pretentious. Rooms are updated and modern. Food at hotel restaurant is really good (and this is coming from a NYer who has access to great food!). Sandra the waitress at the pool is amazing! She’s so attentive and accommodating. Definitely will be back and be recommending this hotel to friends.

We absolutely love this hotel. From the moment we walked in the service has been amazing. The food at the the citizen club is fire. It’s my wife’s birthday and they treated us so well. Sandra at the pool was so attentive. She came by before every drink was empty. 10/10 experience.

Sandra was amazing!! She gave us recommendations on where to go out in town. She was personable, respectful, attentive and friendly. She answered all questions and was very helpful. She’s the best!! You won’t be disappointed in her as your host.

We stayed here for the first two nights of our week-long AZ vacation. We were assigned to room 353, which was rather private at the very end of the hallway in the corner with a spacious wraparound balcony and gorgeous mountain views from bed. The only problem is that the room is located above some noisy mechanical equipment and perhaps supply rooms where on our first night (Saturday night) was super loud as employees were rolling carts of stuff after a huge outdoor party/event. Valet parking is included in the resort fees and although an employee brought our luggage into the lobby, they didn't bring it all the way up to our room. The room was roomy, the bed and pillows were comfy, and the glass stand alone shower (with curtains to close for privacy) was large and unique. The room appeared clean from afar but upon closer inspection there was dust on shelves as well as a thick layer of dust and a piece of hair on the phone.
