Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale

You can’t get a better view of the mountains than at Mountain Shadow. Our family (2 adults, one 11 and one 15 year old boy) Our rooms were incredible (a 1br suite and adjoining double queens) with a full kitchen, living room area and a total of three bathrooms (two full, one powder) I have nearly nothing negative to say. My only suggestion would be to keep pool service open until at least 6, add service to the sunset pool, and maybe toss some succulents on the tables outside the elevator to (no pun intended) elevate the experience. We had an incredible time- hearth 61 is beyond- and couldn’t recommend this resort more highly!

This was our second time at Mountain Shadows, and we enjoyed our time there very much — again! We especially appreciated Jillian at the bar, where we had breakfast every morning, and our housekeeper, Teri, was terrific, too. Our room, the pools and the restaurants were all very good and we highly recommend Mountain Shadows!

We were so pleased with our wedding weekend at Mountain Shadows! Their property is absolutely stunning and we received endless compliments from our guests that they had never experienced a venue like this before. The food and beverage service went above and beyond our expectations, and their attention to detail was amazing! We cannot thank Mark and his team enough for helping us to bring all of our ideas to life.

Sandra was absolutely amazing at the pool and she gave us the best service. I would highly recommend pulling up to the pool on a hot day, especially if you want speedy service and great recommendations!
