I absolutely LOVE staying at Mountain Shadows Resort! It feels super luxurious! The location is BEAUTIFUL & I just love being in Scottsdale. The staff there have always been AMAZING! They make me feel special for sure. The amenities are great. The entire campus is just really nice and convenient. The price is doable as well. I love coming here annually and hope I can continue to keep coming back and staying there. It is one of my new favorite locations! The entire environment is clean and classy. I love that there is a restaurant on campus, though I wish it had more gluten free/dairy free options. The quality of the rooms are AMAZING! I feel like my next-level self when I stay there. The pool is also such a great location, they keep it fairly clean and the staff are always there willing to serve you!

It truly was amazing. We spoke to Marissa and she completely helped me organize my wedding and dinner for our guests. Obviously mountain shadows is a beautiful hotel but the customer service from Marissa was outstanding and the actual reason why I picked mountain shadows.

Lara and Marissa were amazing and made the check in process so great. And David was so helpful and accommodating during my stay as well. Great place and definitely be back again!

Our comparatively small organization holds an annual retreat for executive directors of independent school associations across the US and Canada, and this September we selected Mountain Shadows as our venue. The consensus from the group was "Wow!" From the sleeping rooms to the meeting rooms and everywhere in between, all were pleased with this year's choice! Sometimes we feel left behind in the event mix at a venue because we are a small (under 30 people) group. Not here! We only had about 25 people at each meal (the minimum) - the staff made us feel valued. Alicia, Catie, Maggie, and Jude were knowledgeable and helpful during the planning processes. Then on site, from Adrian on arrival for our welcome reception, to Bradley, Dora, Aurora, Eric, and Adriana during our breaks and lunches, to Adrian again and the staff at Rusty's Patio on our last night's dinner, we were very well cared for and appreciated. We cannot say enough about their hard work, dedication, and friendly, pleasant attitudes. They all made me want to stay and just chat with them and learn about who they are as people. Simply lovely. All of our meals were stellar, so many kudos to the chefs! I want to come back for a real vacation now. :) We were sad that the golf course was closed for overseeding, but it's that time of year in AZ so we couldn't be angry about it. The Sunset Pool was wonderfully quiet and beautiful, and a good substitute for golf. The views are wonderful and the area is surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the city and busy streets. All around, this was an event that we will all remember and talk about for years to come.
