Pool Day Personal Touch
Excellent and personal service, beginning with Marissa, taking our reservation and making sure we were taken care of for check-in, continuing with Dominic in his service, and also Carson for a quick chat and banter. We really loved the Personal and warm touch by all of the above.

We had an amazing day hanging at the main pool at Mountain Shadows Resort. The facilities were clean and beautiful. I did notice on one of the cabanas that there does need to be some maintenance on some of wrought iron that is starting to rust. The food and menu choices were great with also having very reasonable pricing for the use of daybeds

Retreat
I enjoyed everything about this resort! The friendliness from the staff, especially Marissa T the front desk and Thomas the security guard! I enjoyed the yoga class and the jacuzzi pan the food from Rusty’s! I will be returning with more family and friends. Lol I could see this being a yearly tradition.

Spring Training Baseball
Incredible 5 star resort experience for spring training baseball trip - the location is perfect, staff anticipate every need so the atmosphere is just calm, relaxed. The room had a view of Camelback Mountain. We played a round on the Short Course - there are plenty of challenges to keep you on your toes which was a blast. The food and service was top notch all the way around - can't wait to make this trip again.
