Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale

Wonderful treatment by everyone. Check in was pleasant and quick. Exceptionally clean. Excellent restaurant. The view of Camelback mountain is straight on and close. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and more.

What a well run resort, thanks in part to the excellent front desk staff, Regan, Sydney and Marco. We were welcomed at check in, and given a beautiful room with a panoramic view of Camel Back mountain. The hotel is well maintained, the food excellent. Regan spent 45 minutes on the phone fixing the mix up on our Valentines Day dinner reservation, when the restaurant's, online booking system did not figure out the 2 hour time zone difference I was in when I made the reservation. Anyway, Regan saved the night, the staff made is feel very welcome, and we will defintiely come back!

My daughter was married at Mountain Shadows on 2/15/26, and I truly could not have been happier with our experience. From the very beginning, everything was absolutely top-notch. Sydnee at the front desk was fantastic! Her service, friendliness, care, and attention to detail were outstanding. She took such wonderful care of our accommodations, and every time we walked through the doors, she greeted us warmly. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable throughout our entire stay. Our wedding manger, Mark, was fabulous. He was professional, organized, calm, and truly invested in making the weekend seamless and special. The wedding dinner and cocktails were absolutely exceptional. Our guests are still raving about the food, the service, and the entire experience. Every detail was handled beautifully. They helped create a wedding weekend that was not only elegant and well-executed, but also heartfelt and unforgettable for our family. We are deeply grateful for the care and excellence shown to us by the amazing staff at Mountain Shadows.

Front desk staff very friendly and professional; they helped us select a room that was perfect for us, and had excellent referrals for activities and dining. The Citizens’ Club helped arrange private classes that exceeded our expectations. Many helpful extra touches, like ample bottled/filtered/chilled water and sunscreen (as well as coffee) provided. Real art in our room and on exhibit. Perfect cleanliness.

Friendly staff. My husband had an amazing steak at Hearth. Dog friendly. Safe walking areas. Pet bed and bowls provided. We will be back!
