We celebrated a friend's birthday with a staycation here and everyone made the experience so personalized and smooth! Thank you to Marissa at the front desk for helping me arrange early access to my friend's room to decorate 🤍🤍. Thank you to Thomas in security, Dennis and Eli at the front desk, Rachel from Room Service, Kevin from the pool, Aiden from Hearth 61. Also shout out to April at the lobby bar for starting our day with champagne and a smile!!! This team is top notch at hospitality and so fun. Thank you so much!!

April in the bar Hearth 61 is the best. Excellent food and fantastic service! Her fun personality will make your day! Don the Host is a pro. Ezme is lovely. Sahsha is delightful. And Marco the manager is amazing. A truly great team!

My stay at Mountain Shadows Resort in Scottsdale was truly exceptional, 10/10 from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, Tami at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile, made me feel welcome, and patiently answered all of my questions. The valet team was always prompt when bringing my vehicle and returning it, and they were incredibly helpful with our luggage. Every dining experience exceeded my expectations. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Hearth ’61, poolside service from Citizens Club, or room service, the food was outstanding and the service was consistently 10/10. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The mountain views are breathtaking and created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. I especially enjoyed spending time at the adult pool, which was peaceful and serene. The family pool was just as enjoyable, with great music and a fun, vibrant atmosphere that truly made me feel like I had escaped from home. A special thank you to Kimberley and Sylvia for keeping our room spotless each day. Your attention to detail and hard work did not go unnoticed. Overall, my experience at Mountain Shadows Resort was outstanding. Every team member I encountered contributed to making this a memorable vacation, and I can’t wait to return!

We loved our staycation at Mountain Shadows! From the start, Regan at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. The property is incredible with great food and the DJ and Saxophonist at the pool were awesome. We will definitely be back!
