Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale

My stay at Mountain Shadows Resort in Scottsdale was truly exceptional, 10/10 from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, Tami at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile, made me feel welcome, and patiently answered all of my questions. The valet team was always prompt when bringing my vehicle and returning it, and they were incredibly helpful with our luggage. Every dining experience exceeded my expectations. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Hearth ’61, poolside service from Citizens Club, or room service, the food was outstanding and the service was consistently 10/10. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The mountain views are breathtaking and created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. I especially enjoyed spending time at the adult pool, which was peaceful and serene. The family pool was just as enjoyable, with great music and a fun, vibrant atmosphere that truly made me feel like I had escaped from home. A special thank you to Kimberley and Sylvia for keeping our room spotless each day. Your attention to detail and hard work did not go unnoticed. Overall, my experience at Mountain Shadows Resort was outstanding. Every team member I encountered contributed to making this a memorable vacation, and I can’t wait to return!

We loved our staycation at Mountain Shadows! From the start, Regan at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. The property is incredible with great food and the DJ and Saxophonist at the pool were awesome. We will definitely be back!

The hotel stay was really nice and when we got to the front desk to check in, Olivia and Regan were very accommodating and friendly and the early check in was nice aswell. Later on at the pool, Marco, Brook, and Sandra were really attentive and made sure me and my family were taken care of. Also before that, me and my mother ordered some drinks at the bar and April was also very kind and the drinks were good aswell.

From the moment we arrived, Regan and Olivia made our stay exceptional by accommodating an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. After settling in, we spent a few relaxing hours at the pool, where Marcos, Brooke, and Sandra provided outstanding service. They were attentive to our needs, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured we had a wonderful experience. Miranda, our server, was friendly and professional, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Kat and Yaz greeted us warmly and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Finally, Tami and Eli responded quickly to our request by bringing a fan to our room, demonstrating their efficiency and commitment to guest comfort. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond to provide exceptional hospitality, and we sincerely appreciate their outstanding service
