Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale

This resort was so nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and Cat the bartender made our stay even more enjoyable. She gave good food recommendations and she was super attentive and friendly.

We hosted a National Retail Conference at this venue and cannot express enough the level of excellence that was delivered in every detail. The views from the property set the tone, and the interior design, layout, comfort of the space that was large enough to feel relaxing and have personal time, to just the right size to keep our group connected and focused. The following staff members were beyond attentive, from supporting us through planning, and even car runs to pick up last minute items. We highly recommend them and hope to host another event here in the future! From the moment we arrived at Mountain Shadows, we were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. Every single staff member — from the front desk to housekeeping, waitstaff to the bar team — was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The food and drinks were absolutely stellar. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, and the cocktails were top-tier. Whether we were poolside or dining in, the quality never wavered. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and a serene, upscale vibe that made it the perfect escape. We truly felt taken care of in every way. We absolutely can’t wait to come back — this place exceeded all expectations. Highly, highly recommend!

The service is friendly, the pool offers incredible views, and the fitness facility is AWESOME—we come back here in part for the complimentary class line up. This time I tried Sound Healing which was like nothing I’ve experienced before. So good! Cody is doing a great job coordinating the expert offerings.

My favorite resort! Fantastic breakfast serviced by the friendly and wonderful Montanna at the bar. Particularly appreciate the great pools, access to fitness classes at the citizens club (gym) where every instructor is great, and a clean and beautiful rooms. I also appreciate the complimentary valet parking and great valets.
