About the Hotel
Located just steps from the Champs Elysées and Faubourg Saint-Honoré, Amastan Paris is a new kind of boutique hotel made to work just like you do. With intuitive service, a flair for design and an emphasis on collaboration, the guests feel like part of the family and make themselves at home. Every room is reasonably spacious by Parisian standards and it combines conformist apartment living with a distinctly urban atmosphere. Breakfast is included as in many European hotels, and in warm weather is served in the courtyard. The same breakfast area at night is transformed into the famous cocktail bar Anouk.

Catfish. Room with missing bathroom door.
Felt like I was catfished. Rooms look nicely updated online, but it was very worn in reality. There was no door to close the bathroom from the rest of the room. If I were traveling with another person, that would be unacceptable. Also if anyone opened the door to the room, they would see me on the toilet. Looked like the sliding door on the railing was broken and they never replaced it. The bathroom faucet was weird and difficult to use - they were knobs on the sink. Hairdryer was the worst quality I’ve ever used. There were mosquitos in the room. If you’re looking for a nice stay in Paris, look elsewhere.

Perfect Paris Hotel
Great hotel, great location in the centre of Paris only a few minutes walk from the Champs Elysées, Metro, a short walk only from Place du Concorde, Louvre, Eiffel Tower. Great welcome from the team at the hotel who kindly helped in arranging some requested extras before our visit. All in all the perfect hotel for Paris. Thank you to all the team!

Great staff, average rooms
The room is not suitable for a stay with a friend. There is no film on the bathroom separation. i stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and i loved it. but now rooms got older and bathroom faucets are not working properly. The staff is great and very helpfull.

New management is awful. Stay somewhere else.
Shady staff. We arrived and our sink was broken. It sprayed water everywhere. I go ask for a different room. They refuse. He told me to wash my hands in the shower. I complained to someone else. She also gave me the runaround. Someone put tape on it finally, but it was never fixed and they never gave us a new room. They just refused. The staff came across as shady and we did not feel comfortable staying there. Maybe it’s the new management. Our friends who were also staying there booked (and paid extra) the only balcony room. She had the confirmation email as proof and they wouldn’t give her that room! It was unbelievable!!! Great location though!

Just Great
Great place, wonderful location, extraordinary staff. I had a wonderful time in this hotel. Just a short walk from everywhere. There is no club noise or raunchy people in the neighborhood and I could sleep like a log. Don't miss the home cooked breakfast. Would go back there.
