Surrounded by exceptional art, gastronomy, and architecture, this intimate hotel is impossibly chic, perfectly European in its style and panache. We just returned from a ten day visit at this amazing five star hotel. It was my birthday and the staff went out of their way to make me feel special and celebrated. The hotel is situated in close proximity and walking distance to major attractions, restaurants and shopping, but it felt like a private sanctuary amidst its bustling surroundings. I’ve stayed at wonderful five star hotels around the world with caring staff, but I have never felt such a sense of personalized service and friendliness. I can’t wait to come back.

The staff was so helpful and nice! Amazing service! Everyone was friendly, outgoing, and helpful with suggestions. This was our 1st stop in Europe from the US. They set the bar high for the rest of the trip! We are grateful to everyone from the start to end of our 3 night stay. We had a gorgeous connecting suite with a balcony. Rooms 205 and 207 were spectacular.

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights, it was such a special treat. I can’t tell you how beautiful the view was from our balcony, looking out over the Palais Royal, the rooftops of Paris, and we could see the Sacré Coeur in the distance! The Colonnes de Buren were steps from the door! The bed was soft and the pillows lovely, there was exceptional service throughout, meeting our every need, turning down our bed, bringing us water, and there was wine and chocolate waiting for us when we got there. And a beautiful breakfast every morning. The staff was so cheerful and accommodating and helpful, staying here is a beautiful memory we will always cherish.

Great hotel in a great location. The team goes out of their way to make your experience at the hotel special. Rooms are very clean and very nice. The restaurant is very nice as well and the courtyard it leads out to is a great place to people watch. We would stay there again and would recommend to friends.

Christopher was excellent in making our arrangements. The rest of staff very courteous as well as knowledgeable. Price, although high are representative of the area around the Louvre. Make sure to visit the Palais Royal and the hotel statue.
