Grand Hotel du Palais Royal

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal. Our room was upgraded, and the accommodations were beautiful—spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable, and complete with a lovely marble bathroom. The location could not be better, just steps from the Louvre, and within easy walking distance of so many wonderful Paris sights. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Lola, from Guest Relations was absolutely wonderful! She gave us so much helpful information about the hotel, nearby restaurants, and places to visit, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Jean-Pierre at the concierge desk was also incredibly helpful, providing directions and recommendations for places of interest throughout Paris. The breakfast was outstanding, and one of our favorite memories was sitting outside near the beautiful square where scenes from *Emily in Paris* were filmed. It was such a lovely Parisian setting. Everyone we encountered was gracious, warm, and attentive. We were treated more like family than hotel guests—and at the same time, we felt like royalty. The Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal is truly a jewel of a hotel. Between the beautiful accommodations, exceptional location, delicious breakfast, and extraordinary staff, our stay could not have been better. We will absolutely return the next time we visit Paris!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal! The rooms were beautiful, elegant, and incredibly luxurious — even down to the Diptyque soaps and amenities, which were such a lovely touch. The staff could not have been more welcoming, warm, and friendly, and the breakfast each morning was wonderful. The location is also hard to beat — just steps from the Louvre and Tuileries Gardens and only a block from the Metro, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Paris. From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Truly a special hotel, and we were genuinely sad to leave. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture, and it made his birthday even more special. These are the kinds of details that turn a simple stay into a beautiful memory for the whole family. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. From the staff accommodating our early check-in to the gift in our room we felt welcomed. The hotel itself is in a perfect location for visiting Paris. Across the street from the Louvre and many other sites we enjoyed being able to walk to countless sites. The room itself was comfortable and cozy and felt very premium. We slept wonderfully and no noise issues even on the 2nd floor facing the street. Finally, the breakfast was top notch. A good selection at the buffet and some of the best scrambled eggs I have ever had! We have really enjoyed the Hilton partnership with SLH and have been able to stay at incredible properties across three different countries. Very content with our stay here and that we were able to book through Hilton Honors!
