Hilton Paris Opera

This is the worst service I have ever received from Hilton. I was supposed to be in an executive room. I am still waiting for my room to get ready. It’s still not done instead of that. I’ve been given another room, a smaller size room where I’m paying for an executive room, I’m getting a small like a deluxe room where I cannot even fit in my kid or keep a singlw suitcase.. The smallest room of Hilton has been provided to me. The customer service by Valdi is horrible. I don’t know what kind of services they are providing. such arrogant service, the manager says he’s the top boss here he is not ready to help me. I would not recommend this to nobody specially with a kid. I am so disappointed. I’m feeling helpless. I am actually deserted by Hilton. I do not believe that Hilton is actually providing me this service. It’s a big blotch in the name of Hilton. I would recommend this to nobody do not check in. I’m trying to get a refund. They’re not even giving me my refund. I’m a member of Hilton Honors and I feel extremely cheated.

This is the 2nd time we stay on this hotel,great location and nice hotel, rooms are very modern and big,the breakfast buffet is so good, customer service is amazing,l would like to say thanks to Margaret and jewel on the breakfast buffet for the amazing customer service,we love this hotel for everything from nice location to amazing staff,we highly recommend this hotel

I’ve traveled all over the world and have never had an experience like the one at this hotel while on vacation for my 50th birthday. I booked this hotel because of its luxury rating and I’m Gold with Hilton Honors so I expected that we would be treated well given my status with the hotel. Unfortunately, that was far from our experience. I booked a junior suite for our family of 4, two adults and 2 small children (7 and 9 years old). As soon as we arrived, they took our passports and I knew there was a problem. The suite that I had booked had a king bed and sofa bed which was plenty big for our family of 4, however, I was told at the front desk that it was designated for 3 people, not 4, and that I would need to purchase an additional room for 400 euros to put one of my children. I explained that we weren’t aware of the strict policy and asked for flexibility given that we were not from Paris and had no idea this would be a problem. The front desk manager provided no flexibility, even as my children stood at the front desk sobbing because they were scared we weren’t going to have a place to stay that evening, and the only remedy was the additional room for additional money (the room offered was not even connected), which I explained would not be used because our children would want to stay in the room with us. We ended up leaving the hotel and booking an Airbnb which was more accommodating and better for us all around but in the moment it was one of the most stressful situations that I’ve ever been in while traveling. HILTON, you should have done better and PARIS, if you want to attract young families who crave learning about your history and culture, you’ve got to be more flexible.

When we checked in, the room keys did not work. Twice in our five day stay the room keys did not work and had to be changed. We stayed in room 451--- TERRIBLY SMALL! This room was the size of a postage stamp. When we opened our two suitcases we could hardly walk around the bed. If you are obese, you will not be able to take a shower without touching the four wall of the shower stall. No tissues in the bedroom. The hotel is centrally located.... but there are many other hotels in the same area, and at a better price. We will not return.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was lovely. Very clean, great staff, and the bathroom was gorgeous. I travel often and I was very happy with the location, decor, amenities, and cleanliness is always my top priority at any hotel. I loved this hotel and would come back on a heart beat
