Hi, I booked a stay Balzac, the idea was to come for some meetings and see rhe city with my partner. When I met Enzo Rohart at the desk he was beyond helpful, checked us in smoothly took us to our room, when I realised I wanted a different room, Enzo moved heaven and earth to not only find me an amazing roo with excellent view but also a room I could be inspired in and paint. Enzo is a phenomenonal human, he is attentive, caring, and hilarious - he was always making sure to ask me if there is anything I need and is a true icon and symbol of what the Balzac should and is standing for. I have travelled a lot of places and stayed at a lot of hotels but never in my life have I met someone so wonderful and so caring and so honest. I will be 1000% booking the Balzac again when I am back in Paris and dare I say it will be the only hotel I stay at as long as Enzo is working there, and if he happens to be on holiday when I want to stay, then I will have to find somewhere else till he comes back! A wonderful wonderful experience I and my partner are beyond happy and fulfilled

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The service was outstanding everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and stress-free. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant yet cozy. This was truly a five-star experience, and we can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Balzac during our February trip to Paris — such a treat for my husband and me after not traveling together in years. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with impeccably appointed rooms and truly beautiful common spaces. The bar, reception, and breakfast/lounge areas feel luxurious in the most tasteful, refined way. Every member of the team was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. A special thank-you to Jihad, who was such a pleasure to connect with and made us feel especially welcome. You can feel that the entire staff takes real pride in providing warm, personalized service, and it made our stay incredibly memorable. We would return in a heartbeat.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Balzac. The staff was friendly and welcoming to myself and my 9 month old. The vibe is geared towards a younger crowd but I loved the design and relaxed feel. It is the perfect place for a couples or girls weekend away. It's located on a quiet street, one block for the Champs Elysees. While I am not a fan of the Champs Elysees you are steps away from one of the most convenient metros in the city, making for a great location!
