Hotel Balzac Paris

Great location and very walkable. If you have a chance speak to Enzo at the front desk-he was incredibly helpful and made sure we were well situated. The rooms are great, the spa is awesome, the food is amazing and the staff is top notch. Stay here if you get the chance.

From a design standpoint, the property is everything a Relais & Châteaux hotel should be. The aesthetics are rich, moody, and executed with an incredible attention to detail. I typically avoid staying right off the Champs-Élysées area due to the traffic and noise, but this hotel felt like a quiet oasis completely removed from the chaos outside. What really made our stay memorable, however, was the service recovery. Upon arrival, our room wasn't quite ready. While this could have been a frustrating start, Enzo handled the situation flawlessly. He was attentive, deeply apologetic, and did everything he could to make up for it; ultimately upgrading us to a spectacular suite. His professionalism set a wonderful tone for the trip and he checked in with us on multiple occasions throughout our stay! If I had to note one area for awareness, it's that the property seemed a bit understaffed at times; we noticed some minor operational friction, like delayed coffee at breakfast, and could tell the team was working hard to keep up. That said, it didn't disrupt our experience or cause any real issues for us. We only wished we could have stayed longer. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back!

My wife and I spent a week at Hotel Balzac and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The room was warm and inviting and made us feel very much like we were in Paris. The breakfasts were excellent and were overseen by a very attentive general food and beverage manager, and our waiter, Axel, provided outstanding service. We highly recommend Hotel Balzac.

Definitely would stay here again at hotel Balzac. Feels like a boutique hotel. Location is perfect, as it is walking distance to most things in Paris. Rooms are well kept, clean, and feel luxurious. and service was top notch. Enzo, who was in front desk, was particularly helpful and accommodating with all aspects. He made sure our stay was amazing. Hope to come back here again next time we are in Paris. 5/5
