Perfect stay in Champs-Elysées
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I felt compelled to leave a review after reading some negative experiences. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. While the restaurant service took a bit of time to arrive, once it did, the food and coffee were delivered promptly and were absolutely delicious. The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience for their guests. On our departure, we couldn’t find a taxi, but one of the concierge staff members went out of their way to run several streets over to find one for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at the Balzac Hotel. The staff was helpful and welcoming from the start, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Jihad in particular was attentive and went out of his way to help with anything we needed. I look forward to staying there again.

A Delight!
Due to a flight cancelation we spent an unexpected night at Hotel Balzac. Enzo was fantastic helping us book the reservation. He went above and beyond and even offered us a complementary drink. A lovely hotel with excellent service. We'll be back!

Balzac is Best!
From the moment we arrived at The Balzac we were treated with first class respect and pampering. From the welcome drink to the delivery of our luggage it was seamless! The suite we were given was meticulously appointed, and cooled! The staff were happy and friendly. The restaurant and bar are very comfortable and the selections are perfect. We were there during a heatwave and there was water available at every point of our movement on property! This was easily one of my best experiences anywhere. Much less a foreign hotel. We felt like their most important guest! Everyone should stay in this hotel!!

Jihad always makes the stay impeccable! His attention to detail and service makes the stay feel like home! All in all the experience is always nice however the restaurant / breakfast service isn’t always great and often slow. Another note is the cleaning service in room: there is no attention to detail, dusting isn’t done properly, used spoons / glasses are kept in room even after morning and evening service, even when removed they’re not replaced, clothes and stuff around the room arent organized to give an air that the room is proper. So this could be done better for a 5* hotel but having said that, id book again and again!
