Hotel Balzac Paris

Without a doubt, Hotel Balzac was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. The front desk, check-in process, and the attention throughout my entire stay were truly outstanding. The service feels very personal and genuinely thoughtful. A special thank you to Enzo, who truly made a difference during my stay. Since I was traveling solo, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. He gave me wonderful recommendations, explained everything about the hotel, showed me the spa and fitness center, and was always attentive to the smallest details. He was an incredible concierge and a true reflection of the level of service this hotel provides. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the drinks at the bar were excellent as well. My room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, and the amenities were great. The entire experience felt refined, warm, and genuinely personalized. This is what exceptional hospitality should feel like. I would recommend Hotel Balzac without hesitation. And when I return to Paris, there is no doubt that I will be staying here again. Thank you once again to the entire team, and especially to Enzo, for making my stay so memorable!

Perfection plus a chic Parisian experience. I have stayed at several hotels in Paris however nothing compares to the exceptional experience at Hotel Balzac. From the moment I arrived I could feel the attention to detail and care, and was greeted by my name on most occasions. The room was stunning. Beautifully appointed to the smallest detail. Spent 4 nights there at the start of our trip and returning for our last night. Cleanliness 10/10 Staff 10/10 but Elisa, you are a standout at any hotel we have ever visited, thank you. Check-in Staff 20/10 Just amazing and location amazing. My wife found you Balzac as I had booked elsewhere, my biggest moto after 42 years of marriage is listen to your wife. Hotel Balzac truly made my first trip to Paris unforgettable! As a woman traveling to Paris alone for the first time, I was definitely nervous, but from the moment I made my reservation, Enzo from the concierge team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely taken care of. Enzo was actually my first point of contact nearly two months before my trip, and he was incredibly helpful every step of the way. From answering my questions and giving me wonderful recommendations to helping arrange dinner reservations, he made planning my time in Paris so much easier. When my airline unexpectedly lost my luggage upon arrival, Enzo was once again there to help, and his kindness and attention during what could have been a very stressful situation meant so much to me. What stood out most was how genuinely thoughtful and attentive he was. No detail ever felt too small, and I always felt like I had someone I could turn to for help or advice. The entire staff at Hotel Balzac was wonderful and went above and beyond throughout my stay. I am so grateful to everyone for making me feel so comfortable and welcome, especially since I was initially nervous about traveling alone. For anyone planning a stay at Hotel Balzac, I highly recommend contacting the hotel directly and asking to be connected with Enzo. Hotel Balzac is an excellent hotel with an excellent location in Paris. Our room was delightful and their staff was excellent. Our only complaint was that the breakfasts were not included in the cost of the room. They were very expensive and not worth the charges. 15 Euros for a bread basket is absurd. Their French toast was delicious but they gave you 1 piece on the plate cut in half. Highly suggest they include the breakfast as part of the room charge.
