Cosy warm and elegant
Hotel Balzac is located just off the Champs Elysees near the Arc De Triumph. A perfect location for our trip to Paris. On arrival at the hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice with a variety of options available. The room and style of hotel was beautifully designed. Very cosy and warm feeling and elegant. The only thing was the hairdryer in the room was medioca, took a while to dry our hair.

Amazing stay in a chic and truly Parisian hotel
The stay was amazing from start to finish. Camille at reception was incredible - she checked us in quickly, upgraded us to an amazing suite and gave us great tips for restaurants to try. All the staff were incredible. The hotel is so beautiful and the food was so delicious

Top notch hotel and even better concierge
We came to Paris for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel was a perfect location, the hotel room was spacious and the spa super relaxing. What made our experience top notch was the concierge. I believe his name was Gerald, he was super helpful with recommendations and took care of us. I would definitely return - thank you!

Great location with amazing concierge
Amazing experience with super friendly staff. Hotel has a great locatolion and we really enjoyed our massage at the Japanese themed SPA. Our room with Eifel tower view and LV Box terrace was super charming! But we could not say enough about the concierge Jihad whom made all the difference in getting the best reservations.
