We had an increíble and unforgettable weekend! Thanks to all the staff that gave us a very special treatment to celebrate my husband bday. Specially to the concierge team Manuel, Christophe, Eugen and Patrick, who attended every detail. Excellent recommendations for dinner and activities. Thank you! This is a great hotel. Small hotel with service better than the ultra luxury hotels. best sights and areas. The location is within walking distance of the main sights and other areas, Plus St Germain de {res is a great area to just be in and see. The rooms are not large, and closet space could be better, but the service from the staff could not be better. Breakfast Buffet is right sized, something for everyone, and best of all -- refreshed constantly to insure freshness. We had a number of special requests and needed staff help. They stepped up and delivered. If you don't stay here. you may have chosen the wrong hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations on every level. First of all it is situated on a quiet street in St. Germain des Pres, just steps from many of the famous cafes, bistros and design shops that this area is known for. The staff was welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Our room was very comfortable and we were lucky enough to get a shower and a separate bath. Maxim, the bellman, and the concierge on staff helped my daughter and I and made a stressful travel snafu disappear by finding a driver to take us 2 hours away when our driver failed to show. Overall I can’t say enough about Hotel Bel Ami, our wonderful experience with their awesome staff and first class accommodations. We hope to return.

We hosted a private event for 10 people, plus team of 4 people. The room, soft drinks and snacks was perfect. The price were fair and service very good. We will definitely come back again.

This is an excellent location with exceptional service. Concierge made life so much easier for a first time visitor. The team prepped our room to recognize our 25th wedding anniversary perfectly that exceeded my expectations. The food and chef were delightful. Thank you for making our 25th exceptional! We will be back!
