Hotel Bel-Ami

Always a pleasure! Great location! Clean, well appointed rooms and wonderful staff! Our home away from home on our semi-annual trips to Paris! Highly recommend!

We have just returned from a splendid stay at the Bel Ami. I cannot count anymore how many times my family and I have stayed at this superb hotel but I guess that this is normal since we now consider the Bel Ami as our home in the vibrant and highly intellectual area of Saint-Germain in Paris. Needless to say that every day was out of this world. Of course, being a 5-star hotel, the Bel Ami provides all the luxury, elegance and amenities you would expect. But there is something much more at the Bel Ami that cannot really be measured : it is the amazing team of the hotel that I called the Bel Ami family. Very simply, everyone is extraordinary. And this is what makes the Bel Ami so different from other hotels. Here, you feel the spirit of luxury and of hospitality. I cannot stress how much we are comfortable at the Bel Ami and how much the kids are delighted every time they enter their rim to find, on their beds, balloons, chocolates, books and other surprises that make you feel truly welcome. Whether you are going to Paris for business or for leisure, the Bel Ami is the perfect hotel to have an unforgettable stay! Again, to the family of the Bel Ami, I say thank you and we all hope to see you soon.

Hotel Bel Ami exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff, very comfortable and modern room. Big bathroom with a tub. The staff found out it was my birthday and went out of their way to make me feel special. It is my new go to place in Paris! It is located in a great neighborhood that is very quiet but close to multiple great restaurants and shopping. I will be back soon!!

The hotel is wonderful and in an amazing part of Paris, surrounded by a number of fantastic restaurants, stores, and historical attractions. The hotel employees were all very welcoming and kind, and provided terrific assistance with taxis, restaurant reservations and securing a doctor when one of our children became ill and needed prescription cold medicine. We checked out early in the morning before breakfast service started, and the wonderful staff brought us coffee and croissants to enjoy on the trip to the airport. My only quibble is that we had pre-paid for our rooms and breakfasts for three days, but we were still charged about 350 Euros upon departure for a series of Tourists Taxes, Employee Contributions, and Service Fees. Maybe this is common in European hotels, although our luxury hotel in London had no such extraneous fees. Still, other than this one setback, the hotel, staff, and location cannot be beat. And anyone who thinks the French are rude are simply wrong--we had nothing but wonderful interactions with the Parisians we met.

Cannot fault this hotel. Bright, clean design. Staff were all smiling, cheerful and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. We would certainly recommend it.
