Hotel Bel-Ami

Paris, with a stay at the "Bel Ami Hotel" is perfection, for me, there's nothing like it in any city in the world. It's a feeling of utter happiness that I get each time, which is brought on by gorgeous rooms, incredible staff and a brilliant location. I can sit in a beautifully cool air-conditioned room whilst it's stifling hot outside and yet open the window for a short moment in the evening in order to hear the nearby church bells ringing, a saxophonist playing his lovely music and tables of eaters chatting away at a nearby restaurant. This to me is authentic Paris at its best. The double glazing and black out curtains give for perfectly quiet rooms to sleep in at night. The metro is minutes away from the hotel, but I rarely use it as everything is a fascinating short walk away. Inside the hotel is also perfection. There was infused water waiting in the lobby to arrive back to after the hot days outside. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This visit we were lucky to be upgraded and there were lovely little birthday gifts inside the suite for us, which I so appreciated and it really made a milestone birthday extra special. The staff is incredible in all departments and the rooms are designed with everything needed in mind. I love the design of the hotel, the furnishings and the artwork. I have stayed here several times over the last 20 years and one thing I have always noticed is their consistency of excellence. I couldn't do Paris without the Bel Ami, it would just feel so wrong. This hotel is everything you dream and need in Paris! Perfect location, walking distance to everything, surrounded by great options to eat, wonderful restaurants. Room was spacious and very nice decor. Staff at the hotel was very attentive and pleasant. Superb concierge service especially from Christopher. Would definitely stay again on the next trip to Paris!

Hôtel Bel Ami was one of the highlights of our stay in Paris. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and exceptionally well located in Saint-Germain, but what stood out most was the quality of the service. A special thank you to Ambre Guffroy, Cheffe de Réception and Front Office Manager. She was warm, thoughtful, and highly professional throughout our stay. She handled everything with genuine care and made a lasting impression on us. The entire team was gracious and attentive, and we felt very well looked after from beginning to end. We would happily stay at Hôtel Bel Ami again and recommend it without hesitation.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the start of our trip. Location in St. Germain is unbeatable with everything closely and so many cafe options to chose from.Service was great and they reached out to me before our arrival to get details for our 7 year old daughter and had a separate roll away bed ready for her in the room. Bed linens, towels were great quality and their air conditioning was efficient because we were there in the midst of the heat wave.Rooms are small but that is understandable given it's Paris.My sister joined us before we all headed to the South of France and stayed a night at Bel Ami and she had a similar experience.Overall I would rate our experience as excellent.
