The Hotel du Collectionneur

The hotel is beautiful and all staff are courteous and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We want to single out Emma of the Concierge desk. As we were cancelled for an upcoming tour, we asked for Emma’s help. After calling three different tour providers, taking at least 30 minutes she was able to help us with a tour. It was not only her expertise, but also her demeanor. She was so respectful and courteous to my wife and me. Emma is the poster child for customer service and an asset to the hotel.

The moment you arrive at L’Hotel Du Collectionneur you know that you have chosen the right hotel to begin your amazing holiday in Paris. The hotel is simply beautiful with an understated elegance. The location is convenient for walking to the Champs Elysée, the Seine River and surrounding attractions. It is also walking distance to great restaurants and the Metro. The staff could not be nicer or more attentive and helpful. The concierge staff is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Emma and Cedric! Thank you for an amazing holiday!

At Hotel du Collecrionneur Arc de Triomphe in la Bar we had excellent service from two staff. Shane was so patient finding out about my food allergy and provided choices for me. Then our waiter Mouez, who was so happy to serve us and accommodated our dietary choices. You should be proud of the high standard that they gave us during our stay. I would recommend them both for service Awards. Thank you.

This is our first trip to Paris. We speak a little French but not much. The staff are very friendly, speak excellent English, are very helpful and very attentive to your needs. Our room is beautiful, clean, nice view of the gardens and well appointed. We stopped by the Concierge for a restaurant recommendation. They recommended Lino Ristorante. The staff there were also very friendly, accommodating and English speaking. The food was fantastic! We had the Lemon Ravioli and the Truffle Ravioli. We are going back there tonight as well. L’Hotel du Collectionneur is beautiful, includes a spa, restaurant and bar. Breakfast was amazing. They have a vast offering including eggs, omelets, croissants, fresh fruit, crepes and many other baked goods. Everything was delicious. Another outstanding feature is the location of L’Hotel du Collectionneur. Very close to the Champs-Elysees and l’Arc de Triomphe. A very nice and walkable area with a park and shopping nearby.

This hotel is wonderful, everyone was so nice. Emma at guest services recommended a wonderful restaurant and the food was great. She was so nice and helpful.
