The hotel staff showed me a humanity I had long forgotten existed, during what will assuredly be remembered as the most difficult time in my life. The woman at the front desk (who through tears I am ashamed to have forgotten the name of) preserved my dignity and helped me to see the good shining through the clouds, which in turn allowed me to enjoy Paris. Thank you!

Best of service, attentive hospitality, great location, wonderful neighborhood and nice walk to the louvre! Loved the boutique nature of this accommodation. The bar/dining area was warm and inviting…great place to grab coffee and croissant prior to going out for the day!!

Lovely staff (Chaima) who swiftly changed my room when i discovered the first one was plagued by Roadworks street noise. Great lady concierge who offered great tips on high end steakhouses around. Friendly bellboys. Nice breakfast. Everyone very friendly and plush rooms. You can’t make the location more central for Paris. Great time !

We had a lovely short last minute stay after a business trip. The concierge was wonderful with helping us make dinner reservations that surpassed our expectations and giving us suggestions on the best way to maximize our short time in Paris to feel like we’d had a full experience in just two days. The location was perfectly central to key sightseeing points, yet still only a short walk to quainter, quieter neighborhoods for more authentic/less touristy feel. The hotel itself had pretty views, large luxurious bathrooms, and a nice bar/restaurant. As Americans with minimal French language capability, we still felt very welcome. Would definitely visit again as a couple!
