My family stayed for 8 nights at the Hotel du Louvre. Everything went perfectly. The location and staff were great. Couldn’t have picked a better location with its proximity to the Louvre. We asked for recommendations and assistance from the concierge on several things before our stay. Their responses were very prompt and the their recommendations for tours and restaurants proved excellent. It was great the first full day to take a 2 minute walk to the Louvre . When we arrived at the hotel the staff worked as a team to make sure our stay was perfect from start to finish (doormen , front desk staff, housekeeping, concierges, restaurant staff all made for a great stay). We arrived before our rooms were ready because we were well before normal check in time . A staff member escorted us the bar area and checked in on us multiple times and took me up to one of the rooms when the first one was ready. The bar (l’Officine du Louvre ) kind of wound up being our go to spot for casual dining because we really liked the food. My daughter actually left a piece of costume jewelry there the first night and the staff tracked us down to return it. We had breakfast at Brasserie du Louvre (the main restaurant ) every day and also enjoyed a dinner there. We were really pleased with our rooms (on the small side , but in line with expectations for major world cities). Very well appointed and housekeeping did a thorough job every day . In summary: great hotel in great location with great staff

Our stay at Hotel du Louvre in Paris was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the highest level of care and attention. A special mention must go to Edouard Moschetto, who personally greeted us, made us feel immediately at home, and accompanied us to our room, showing us every single detail in the room and graciously answered every single question with patience and genuine warmth. The room and the bathroom were spacious with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. The hotel location is simply perfect, central yet peaceful, offering effortless access to the best of Paris. The place is impeccably clean. The entire staff embodied true five-star service, polished, attentive, and sincerely dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience. This hotel is a true gem for those seeking comfort and impeccable service in the heart of Paris. We cannot wait to return

As a frequent, almost constant traveler...my wife and I stay at hotels of all levels. Sometimes, we stay at some very nice properties. The Hotel du Louvre now stands out as one of our favorite and most memorable hotels. The location is great...right across the street from the Louvre. It puts so many of the great sights within walking distance. We strolled to through the courtyard of the Louvre, past Notre Dame, Shakespeare and Company Bookstore, Pont Nuef and send an afternoon soaking in Paris. As Hyatt Globalist, I received an upgrade to a wonderful suite overlooking the Louvre. From the Juliet Balconies we could see the artwork and sculptures inside the museum. Our suite was comfortable and decorated impeccably. We enjoyed the manager's champagne reception in the evening. Meeting Guatier and the management team rounded out a wonderful stay. Dinner in the Brasserie du Louvre was classy yet comfortable. The beef and seafood both cooked perfectly. Service in the restaurant was just as expected in a Parisian fine dining establishment. Breakfast in the morning was another fine treat. Everything that you might hope to find was available...every item quite tasty. I included many pictures of the room and food items. A wonderful hotel with a top team to ensure a pleasant stay in Paris. I can highly recommend Hotel du Louvre...our new favorite hotel anywhere in the world. I am looking forward to returning this year...maybe for our anniversary.

The hotel is pretty and is in a fabulous location across the street from the Louvre. Our junior suite was pretty and suited our needs, but I will say that the bathroom was disappointing. The shower had mold in it and the shower door was coming off its hinges. It may have just been an isolated instance as the hotel has a great reputation, but it was surprising for this caliber of hotel. We also had made a reservation through an upscale travel agent and breakfast was supposed to be included, but when we checked in, they had no record of that. It was all sorted out, but just caused us to have to follow up to clear it up and took away from our initial enjoyment of arriving in Paris. The breakfast was fine, no real complaints, but it wasn't anything special. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but for what we paid, I would have expected more.
