The Hôtel du Louvre is extraordinary. Besides being centrally located in Paris, the quality of the hotel and service provided were wonderful. We stayed in the corner family connecting room. They did a great job of modifying a historic architecture into a modern connivence. The views are fantastic and the beds and accommodations are top of the line. We will stay here again when we return to Paris.

We loved this hotel and booked it again for October! Beds were very comfy, the location was perfect especially if you're a Louvre fan. You're in the middle of everything but it's very quiet when you close the windows. It's close to the Seine and an easy walk to the Latin Quarter/Notre Dame/Sainte Chapelle. We loved the bar after a busy and hectic travel day (especially the hummus and cheese plate), and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Everyone says to go out and enjoy breakfast around town but this was the some of the best breakfast food I had the entire trip. It's a little pricey but worth it in my opinion, and we're so looking forward to returning in October!

The rooms are more comfortable than most in this arrondissement. The food and service at their bar/L’Officine is amazing. Other services are subpar.

The hotel is in a great location. We were worried about the crowds based on previous reviews but we were able to walk with our luggage from the Metro to the hotel without trouble. We had a problem with our reservation and the front desk was very much unhelpful and we suspect something happened and we ended up with the short end of the stick regarding the rooms we requested. The front desk was very vague about what happened and will 'investigate' which was code to us that they just want us to get us out of the lobby. Long story short, no results from the investigation and sometimes you can just roll with the punches, but this is a category 7 out of 8 hotel from the Hyatt brand. The customer service doesn't seem to represent that prestige. Other than that. The breakfast is great, the rooms are lovely and they housekeeping staff very nice and attentive. If we were to choose again, we would choose the Park Hyatt because the staff is better there.

Toiletries aimed at women. Loud music 2am in the morning. Staff member accused me and another of searching her. Which was found totally untrue…but could’ve had a detrimental impact on my career.
