Hotel Lutetia

The location is ideal. The facilities are outstanding. The service is flawless. From the mineral pool to the brasserie, the staff was as professional and warm as could be. The quality of food, wine and cocktails was simply amazing, whether at the lounge, brasserie or room service. The beautiful marble bathroom and terrace with a view of the Eiffel Tower made it hard to want to leave the room - but when we did, we were in the heart of the most beautiful part of Paris. We will be back!

This hotel was hands down the best I've ever stayed at. I went with a whole team of people on tour and stayed for a little over two weeks. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was exceptional -- they were always sure to make sure the rooms were stocked with water, fresh fruit, towels, and anything else one might need. There were many requests made by our team for our VIP guests and all of the staff were so great in helping us fulfill them. They had exquisite attention to detail, were able to help us source tickets or appointments for exclusive outings, and overall made the experience memorable for both the team and the VIPs. I truly don't think I could visit Paris again and stay anywhere else, not just for the amenities, but most of all for the incredible staff! Beautiful hotel, wonderful people, 20/10 experience from start to finish. Special shout-out to Victoria from Guest Relations for all of her hard work in making it such a joyous, smooth trip -- but truly every single employee, from restaurant staff, housekeepers, concierge, managers, and more, were incredible. Thank you for everything, Lutetia staff. We miss you all already!

We had a perfect stay! 5-star service but with extra warm and heart-warming touch. Beautiful spa, excellent bar with live music, delicious breakfast.

Great hotel. Fantastic staff. But the room rates are very high=millionaire high. Extraordinary bathrooms and showers. Very well-maintained.

Lutetia is pure Paris magic—gorgeous design, dreamy rooms, unpretentious and great vibes. The location is a 10. Supeb staff! Housekeeping is next-level (fresh fruit daily, large Evian bottles constantly refilled, organized everything incredibly). The bar is very beautiful with sushi and killer sliders. Finally huge thanks to the awesome concierge team who got us into an incredible hard to get spot for dinner and even found the best hair salon for my teen. Can’t wait to go back.
