Hotel Lutetia

This review is for the spa. Highly recommend Morgen for massage. The hammam and sauna were clean and enjoyable. The locker rooms were also clean and full of amenities. The Spa Director resolved an issue that arose during our visit with strong customer service and professionalism, leaving us with confidence that this spa backs its services. Would recommend for others and hope to be back again.

Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia Paris lived up to every expectation we had and honestly, maybe even exceeded a few. The hotel has that rare balance of feeling luxurious without ever making you feel uncomfortable or out of place. Everything is elegant, but still warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and every detail feels well thought out. What really stood out was the service. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, professional and always happy to help. It never felt forced it felt like they truly cared about making our stay special. The location is another huge plus. You’re close to so many amazing cafés, restaurants, and some of the best parts of Paris, but the hotel itself feels like a peaceful escape from the busy city. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Paris that actually delivers on what it promises, this is it. We left with nothing but great memories and would happily stay here again.

We had stayed at this fabulous hotel in February and had such a wonderful experience that we came back in May with our family. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect and the staff make you feel like royalty. In our many visits to Paris, we had never stayed on the Left Bank, but now because of Hotel Lutetia, we have found our home in Paris! Everything from check in to the Concierge, to the beautiful rooms, to the amazing spa to the delicious breakfast is top notch. But the best part are the people who work there. They are so kind, thoughtful, professional and do everything they can to make your stay perfect. Our gratitude especially goes to Victoria Clement, Guest Relations Director, who did everything in her power to make our trip to Paris at the Hotel Lutetia one we will never forget. She went above and beyond to make us happy and we were! She is the best!!! What a gem of a hotel, I highly recommend this hotel!

Brasserie review : great place with very good food, but what makes this place outstanding the other bars/hotels ? Well thanks to the staff that is really caring, friendly, and nice. Also, if you are looking for great cocktail, I recommend 100% this place ! Trust me you won’t be disappointed with the super barman Tarik (ask for him to make sure you’ve got the best drink)!
