The Hotel is beautiful and centrally located. We had no problem getting around and seeing everything we wanted. A Metro station is within a short walking distance of the hotel. The staff is very kind, professional and helpful. It’s a lovely place and I will return there the next time I’m in Paris.

Friendly staff from start to finish, they couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is spotless, and such comfy beds!! We had a balcony room which was just perfect for our special occasion, we sat outside with a bottle of bubbles and enjoyed the gorgeous view. Location is perfect, within walking distance to everything you could need. I would highly recommend this hotel without a doubt, and I am fussy!!

Superb service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you and make you feel very welcome. The room with the balcony was perfect. The room was elegant, very clean with comfortable twin beds. Situated in a premium safe neighbourhood with easy access to everything we wanted to see. The supermarket next to the hotel was convenient to pick up those little extras we had forgotten to pack. My only tiny negative is the narrow glass shower screen allows a little too much water to drip over the bath and on to the floor. Saying that the shower itself was one of the best I have ever experienced. We also enjoyed a relaxing bath. Overall, the experience of staying at the Hotel Pont Royal for 3 nights was memorable. I wished I had stayed longer but one day I hope I get to do it again.

The staff is sincerely the best! Every need and question was addressed, always friendly and helpful! This hotel is beautiful, safe, and clean. Concierge took care of all of our tickets. We were within walking distance to Museums, shops, cafés, Eiffel Tower, train station, they will call for Taxi or private transfer. My daughters had a wonderful first experience in Paris! Thank you!!!!

The room was horribly stuffy, the carpet felt gross - like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, and the bed was not comfortable. The AC was not very effective in cooling the room down, we’d wake up sweating. Unfortunately myself and the person I was traveling with both got sick during our stay and I’m convinced that how musty the room was served as a contributing factor. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star was because the concierge helped us have a Doctor come to the room. Additionally, the stellar views the hotel is supposed to have? Our view was of a Monoprix (basically a French supermarket) and it was the same for the entire front side of the hotel. I hope to visit Paris again, but I won’t be staying here.
