It was 20 years ago we stand at the hotel. We just returned and had an amazing time. The hotel was amazing-the location, the room, and especially all the people that work there. Shout out to Stephanie Pinceloup, the General Manager for welcoming us, the concierge desk ( who were unbelievable) and the front desk. All well done

Fabulous location! Next to the Champs-Elysee and close to everything. The hotel is near the new LV Hotel - under construction and lots of noise. I stayed at the Hotel during PFW, so I wasn’t able to get an upgrade - bummer! The premier room I was given was very very dark and it was facing the construction. There was little lighting in the room, and the one light fixture in the room was a lamp and I had to flip it up facing the ceiling to get any lighting in the room. It was also raining, so coupled with a dark room and compounded by the constant construction, it was quite a dreary experience. The room was very clean. Luckily I was out most of the day! The hotel staff was very attentive- Fernando the bartender was awesome. Breakfast was delicious.

Great Hotel near the Arch de Triomphe (Champs Elysees)

My wife and I recently stayed here in September of 2025. The rooms were very nicely appointed. I appreciated the description of the rooms on the website, so that you could choose the size of the room and the bed. The location is very convenient to mass transit. The staff was amazing and professional.
