This was our fourth stay at Hotel Westminster in the past two years, and we continue to be very impressed. The recent refurbishments have really enhanced the communal areas, especially the lobby, which now feels even more welcoming and elegant. The staff are consistently friendly and professional — from the doormen to the reception team, everyone makes you feel genuinely welcomed. We’ve stayed in several different rooms over time, and the Executive Room we had this month was excellent: clean, quiet, and overlooking the internal courtyard. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The room facilities were ideal for our city break, with plenty of storage space, tea and coffee-making amenities, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower, and the toiletries provided were pleasant to use. Breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety to suit all tastes. And of course, the hotel’s location couldn’t be better — perfect for exploring the city .

The hotel's treatment was very bad. They delayed giving me the room for an hour and a half, claiming that the room was not ready. This is the last time I booked at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westminster Hotel, Rue de la Paix! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. Every staff member was polite, kind, and attentive. We stayed in a stunning Honeymoon Suite, beautifully decorated with heart-shaped rose petals—on the bed, in the bathroom, and throughout the room. It was truly romantic and unforgettable. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. A special thank you to Binta who was absolutely amazing—elegant, kind, and incredibly professional. She really made our stay extra special. Thank you to the entire Westminster team for this magical experience.

Quiet, clean hotel with large room and sparkling new bathrooms and shower. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast spread. Air Conditioning was silent and the hot towel racks were a nice touch. Just the right size. We will be back!

I stayed two nights in late June and would certainly come back. I was working and the room set up probably not the best for working (the desk is an old fashioned style) but I liked the hotel. Room was small (603) and pricey but perfectly equipped with plug points, air con and a super comfy bed. The bathroom was also small but lovely with a bathtub as well as overhead shower. I had breakfast one day and it was lovely (buffet). I also went to the fitness room which has a few machines and is ok for stretching (my sense is that the hotel residents here are mostly for pleasure not work and fitness may not be their priority). Certainly if you want a fully equipped gym this is not the place for you. Wonderful location close to Place du Vendome, Opera and Galeries Lafayette.
