Incredible dinner with friends at Le Grand
We had an incredible evening at the restaurant inside the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand during our recent trip with friends! The entire dining experience was completely fantastic from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Dima, the Maitre'd and Director of Food and Beverage, who made our night feel truly extraodinary. She was so attentive, warm, and professional, making sure our table had absolutely everything we needed. We felt in the best possible hands, and her entire staff was wonderfully welcoming and on point. The food was delicious and presented beautifully, matching the grandeur of this iconic hotel. Dima really is an extremely perfect host and hands down one of the best maitre'd figures we have ever encountered in Paris. If you are visiting, do not miss the chance to dine here. Five stars all the way!

Excellent Experience - Restaurant at Intercontinental Le Grande - Dima-maitre’d
Dima the Maitre’d Director of Food and Beverage at the Restaurant at the Intercontintental Le Grande was exceptional. She was completely attentive and transparent, we felt comfortable and in good hands. Our dining experience was over the top and she was above and beyond the best maitre’d in Paris that we have met. We highly recommend her and staff. The food was exactly what was expected. 5 stars for Dima and staff!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Paris
We have just departed the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand after 5 amazing days….. This is a truly wonderful hotel staffed by people who really do care! When we arrived, we were greeted by Paul, Assistant Front Office Manager. Paul was simply exceptional with his attention to detail and attitude! Then we were chuffed to meet Burack in the Executive Club, also Front Office as well, a person who just knew what great service is all about.. Their colleague Vadim also deserves s big thanks for his professionalism and courtesy. This hotel is just so well located, its history is enchanting, our Junior Suite was fabulous, the breakfast at Cafe Aux Paix is outstanding, all in all we are so chuffed to have been the recipients of the excellent service and hospitality extended to us by the team at this beautiful hotel! Excellent hostess
Camilla although new to the restaurant went out of her way to show us the restaurant and find us the perfect table. We were very impressed with her and especially after finding out she had just started at this beautiful luxurious hotel. She is a credit to the restaurant!

Great staff
The hotel was amazing and the Club Lounge was excellent. All the staff were great but a special mention to Antoine (Antone) in the club lounge. He went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel very welcome and respected
