Spent five comfortable nights total at the hotel. We enjoyed its location a short walking distance beyond the Arc de Triomphe, as it was quieter yet with plenty of restaurants and cafes, market and pastry shops nearby. Metro stop was a 2 minute walk away which connected you to all points. Easy to get to the hotel from the airport by metro, even if you are not highly familiar with the metro system. Be sure to read up on the different metro tickets available ahead of time. Rooms were roomy and nicely appointed, as was the front lobby and dining room. Wonderful coffee maker in the dining room and great breakfast for an extra fee. Sauna available in the basement. All of the staff was very accommodating. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Antonio went the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable. We had stayed at the hotel 13 years earlier, and we were so glad we went back. Hope to again stay there sometime in the near future!

Three of us stayed here for a short family break in Paris, and had a fantastic time. Service was excellent all round - staff were friendly, super efficient, and always on hand if needed. We were in the Sancy Suite which was great, with the sofa bed in the lounge allowing some separation between sleeping areas. No complaints on the rooms features and amenities - all comfy and stylish. Balcony overlooking the city was a great place to sit and chill out after all the walking! Had breakfast in the hotel on the last day - maybe a touch more than you’ll pay in some of the bistros, but def a wider choice and quality was great. Metro station is a 5min walk away, and there are a couple of convenience stores opposite if you need any supplies. All in all, great experience and would very happily stay there again.

I had a great time! Especially that this is my second time in the hotel. My first stay was to recover after a surgery in Paris. I felt at home! The staff are very kind, professional and attentionnate. The reception staff are very friendly, they serve guests with lots of attention. The restaurant space is clean and cosy. We really appreciated the staff especially Coco who is so friendly and professional. Rooms are so elegant and so clean, We appreciated the efforts and the energy of Chloé who with her team is so professional taking care of all the details to ensure the comfort of guests. I recommend this hotel strongly! Not only for its location but for the quality of services.

Fantastic stay! Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. Nice breakfast buffet also. Perfect location near attractions. Only downside was a slightly dirty kettle, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend
