Very positive
Newly renovated rooms, very well appointed, spacious by Paris standards. Comfortable bed and good quality linen, towels, toiletries. Overall, very impressed.

Great location. Great staff. Friendly service. Reactive team. Breakfast is 10/10. Rahul and Rita were super nice and efficient. Best ever service in France.

Very lovely, clean, convenient spot for a few days
Lovely boutique hotel, big clean rooms, kind service. Located on a large street but in a coveted central and more quiet neighbourhood. Close to metro. Limited room service but staff will accommodate in-room dining needs when possible.

Paris trip with my wonderful wife
The location was excellent near Metro station. The staff was friendly especially Fariza in front desk. She was really helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing fresh, especially the croissant and all other items. Rahul in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. Everything was really perfect.

Excellent massage session!
I booked a massage for me and colleague at Hotel Étoile Maillot, and it was excellent! The staff was highly communicative via email (they used both French and English), and booking was easy. The massage therapists Gabriela and Justyna were attentive, talented, and conscientious, and were highly professional in every way. If I'm in Paris looking for another massage, I will be back to see Gabriela and Justyna! The "jet lag" massage certainly helped jet lag!
