This was our first visit to The Bristol and it certainly lived up to its hallowed reputation. The building and rooms are beautiful. Location is perfect. We always stay in the 1st and find its ideal to walk most places for sightseeing, shopping and eating. The gym was really well equipped and never crowded. I must specifically acknowledge Sarah, Fanny, Constance and the entire team at the Concierge Desk. Pre-arrival, they were all so helpful in suggesting restaurants and booking our reservations. They were even more helpful once we arrived and just a warm and friendly crew who we looked forward to seeing each time we passed. Same for the front desk team. All just the top of the profession. Cocktails at the bar was a wonderful way to start the night. The drinks are really well done and the servers and host lovely. All very memorable. Our only bump was breakfast at Epicure. The room is stunning and the food was very nice (pastries spectacular). We found the service to be almost non-existent. No one visited our table after orders were taken, we were never offered more coffee or asked if we wanted anything else. I needed to flag someone down to get the bill after we had waited too long for any sign of service. The servers run around the room in such a flurry that it was anything but a relaxing experience. Minor note though, because we will be back at The Bristol during our next visit.

The hotel is excellent. Service is outstanding. Location is very central between the champs élyséen qnd opéra. The hotel has a 3 michellen stars restaurant but almost impossible to find a place in it. I stayed there for 10 days and couldn't get a booking which was a very big disappointment. We were in hotel for long business meetings and the room service menu was quite limited, one type of chicken, one type of stake and salmon and fish. Food quality is great but for two meals per day for 10 days was a very limited choice. The concierge service (Hélène) was super great...

Our first visit to Le Bristol was nearly 10 years ago, and I can honestly say it's better than ever. The service, the rooms, housekeeping perfection, the food and beverage are truly best in class and rival anywhere you'll ever stay. Arona and Maxime continue to be legends of hospitality during our daily breakfast at Epicure. Their warmth and world-class service are deeply admired and appreciated. Getting to know Thierry and Anthony over the years has been such a highlight and we feel lucky to be recognized by them during our return visits to Bar Bristol. Visit this hotel once, and you'll feel like you've had a once in a lifetime experience. Visit multiple times, and you'll feel like you're at home. We could not be more grateful to have experienced this wonderful hotel for ourselves! It is simply magic on every level.

Le Bristol is alone at the top of the Parisian palace hotels. I always look forward to a trip to Paris so that I can return to Le Bristol. The staff anticipates every need, the accommodations are plush and welcoming and the food in the restaurants is delicious! Do not miss out on a little piece of heaven on your next trip to Paris.

I have stayed at some beautiful hotels in Paris (the George V, Plaza Athenee, etc.) but none compare to the Bristol, in my opinion! The Bristol is so beautiful, had such perfectly appointed rooms, impeccable and warm service, an adorable cat, the most beautiful breakfast, fun little gifts each evening, incredible amenities...I could go on and on and on. I will never stay anywhere else in Paris again!
