Championing the French tradition of "art de vivre," Le Royal Monceau in Paris presents an elegant and timeless Parisian gateway in an exclusive neighborhood celebrated for its haute couture. Since its debut in 1928, the hotel has hosted both the celebrated and the notorious, from Sir Winston Churchill to Robert de Niro and Madonna. Deluxe guestrooms and suites overlook brilliant private gardens, where flowers bloom year round and where intimate fireplaces and sweeping ceilings are merely the beginning of the hotel's luxurious attention to detail.

It's nice hotel to stay. Great location near Eiffel Tower, clean rooms, friendly staff, but breakfasts could improve.

On check in the hotel required 800Euro charge to cover incidentals. No charges were incurred nevertheless 6 days after check out the 800Euros has still not been refunded. The hotel blames the banks but this is their responsibility and amounts to theft.

We loved everything about this hotel (apart from one small thing): - Lovely quiet rooms - also very dark and so made for a great night’s sleep - Very clean - Comfortable bed - Good shower - Rooms come with an acoustic guitar to use while you’re there! Not sure why - but it was a lovely and fun touch. - It was our anniversary while we were there and the hotel had a couple of nice touches (a card, welcome message, cake with happy anniversary message) which was nice. - Lovely breakfast. - Relaxed quiet bar with great food. - Nice pool and spa. - We also ate in Matsuhisa one night (the Nobu offshoot). Highly recommend. The one small disappointment was that we had booked a Deluxe collection room which the website shows as having beautiful floor to ceiling windows. We were sadly on a top floor garret room with the sloping roof one side which meant having to duck getting in and out of bed. Also, next to the elevator so we lost a chunk of floor space to that too. So just be careful and make enquiries before booking… it was a bit of a shame - but didn’t damage our experience too much.

Le royal Monceau was Glorious! The bed, bathroom, food and service were all incredible. The location is perfect for exploring Paris , and you are near the Charles de Gaulle Etoille metro line which is very nice to have nearby. The food in both the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, bar and in room dining was amazing and I highly recommend dining at Matsuhisa. The desserts are also amazing especially the frozen brioche with bitter almond cream. The in room dining mango I ordered was beautifully presented. I would highly suggest a courtyard facing room, as it will be very quiet and still afford sunlight. The hotel’s bathtubs are divine and the clarins toiletries smell heavenly. Room #511 is lovely and spacious. The service from housekeeping was fantastic and the ladies kept my room over my 4-night stay impeccably clean. The slippers left at turndown are so soft and cozy. The hotels staircase is stunning and I loved walking down it each day. The lobby is very calm and quiet and very contemporary in its decor. Special mention to the hotels reservations team for being so efficient and friendly, especially Jariya, Camille, and Julia. They also respond to emails very swiftly. The front desk reception, concierge and butler team is wonderfully kind, and special mention to Gaëtan, Xavier, Melinee, Antoine, Fabio, Rose, Adrian, Florian, Lea, and Elise- all hospitality super-stars and each took wondef care of me and were so lovely. The doormen were all excellent. Special thanks to the food and beverage team, especially Mareva, Jesus and Attina in le bar long and Anna and Erik in Matsuhisa- you all made me feel so comfortable, provided exceptional hospitality and palace level service. Merci!!! I very much look forward to returning very soon. Merci et À bientôt team RMO Paris! Thank you always! Best Wishes, Patrick Winkler New York, NY

I picked this hotel based on reviews and location. It was my first trip to Paris and I was there to see the French Open. The staff were very friendly and helpful before my trip. They helped arrange car service to and from the airport and with taxi service during my stay. They also asked what treats and type of water I would like in my room too. During my stay, all the staff were lovely. The room was very beautiful with lovely artwork and lamps. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a beautiful bathtub. The hotel itself was lovely and very well maintained. I would stay here again.
