We stayed at the Royal Monceau during the weekend of the Roland Garros finals and were so impressed that their hospitality went above and beyond every step of the way, even during a particularly busy period in Paris. Our room was stunningly beautiful and included wonderful touches like a guitar, emperor bed (which made for many great nights’ sleep!), beautiful bathroom and lovely treats and flowers upon our arrival. The concierge was exceedingly helpful even with last minute requests and said “anything is possible” with requests we thought might be challenging during our short stay in Paris! They did deliver on every request - and this made our trip so special. We traveled with our 2.5 year old son and the location just next to the beautiful Parc Monceau was phenomenal as he could enjoy the playground, gardens and the carousel, which we must have done over 10 times! The hotel has such a great selection of food ranging from Japanese at Matsuhisa to Il Carpaccio - one of the best Italian restaurants in the world- to their French café in the lobby. We also greatly enjoyed the pool and spa facilities which are truly an oasis at the end of a busy day in Paris. Lastly, as we watched the men’s finals of Roland Garros on TV, we enjoyed the private cinema room in great air conditioning which made for a special experience even without making it to Roland Garros :-)

Our experience was amazing. We have been here twice. Roman helped us this evening and his service was some of the best we’ve had in Paris. The chicken was so good that we asked to learn about how it was prepared that we might try it at home. Truly above and beyond.

The loveliest hotel with the loveliest staff. Perfect location, gorgeous decor, impeccable food — and the staff are outstanding. So thoughtful, so welcoming. Romain remembered me on my second stay, he’s always so attentive and kind. My favourite place to stay in Paris!
