The hotel is beautiful but the staff is what made our trip so enjoyable. Everyone was so kind and helpful especially JJ, Jean, and Alex. The practice of allowing your guests who arrive well before check in time from an overnight flight to stay in a temporary room until their actual room is available is an unbelievable benefit. We were exhausted and needed some sleep which this allowed. The fresh fruit delivered each day was a wonderful treat which we thoroughly enjoyed as well as the little extra surprises like a homemade chocolate Easter bunny really top off the experience. All of the bellmen and concierge staff were extremely helpful and prompt. The location only adds to the experience- within walking distance to many of the sites and of course shopping as well.

I stayed in this location for a week with my family. The location is ideal for an easy walk to major attractions including Louvre, Notre Dame, Musée D’Orsay, the Palace of Concorde etc. I also took a 15 min taxi ride to the Sacre Coeur and 15 min subway ride to Versailles as well. Many fancy shops on the street where the hotel is located. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Everything about the hotel was just fantastic. The price was on the higher side but definitely worth it!!

We had the chance to stay as a family at Mandarin Oriental Paris — and as expected, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. But beyond the beauty of the place, the comfort of the rooms, or the incredible food, what truly made the difference was the people. From the moment we arrived until the very last goodbye, we genuinely felt welcomed, cared for, and looked after with heart. Every interaction with the team was a perfect balance of professionalism, kindness, and sincere attention. MERCI !!

This Mandarin Oriental is on a great location, a short walk to Place de La Concorde, Place Vendome and the Louvre, amongst other sights. We got a glass of champagne on arrival in the beautiful lobby. Our room was well sized and well equipped with separate shower room, bath, dual sinks and a changing area as well as the usual utilities. There is a modestly sized gym and spa at the hotel and an impressive covered outdoor courtyard area. Breakfast was included in our rate and very good. The staff were superb throughout. Special mention for the concierge team who got us reservations at a number of fantastic restaurants which we had been told were fully booked.

A wonderful stay in central Paris for our family. Staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and always greeted our our 3 year old with with a smile and a high five making him feel like royalty. This makes a real difference when traveling with kids, so thank you for a wonderful stay
