We had a great experience at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas, especially have to mention the concierge team. They did amazing job with securing great trips and excellent guides in very little time, as our trip was last minute. Breakfast had very wide selection of wonderful food, very friendly staff , just like as I mentioned the entire hotel. Great location, walking distance to all major attractions, very quite surroundings. We are definitely coming back!

Great location in the center of Paris, very convenient for sightseeing and fantastic shopping. Get very warm welcome from the Director of Front house , Mr. Richard and Adrien Plaine, Assistant Front office manager, who made sure our stay is pleasant. Also room upgrade with a terrace from Amex Fine hotel program. The Garden is beautiful and public social spaces are decorated elegantly. The scent in front hall is enchanting. Services in all departments are excellent and efficient. We love MO of Paris . However, the infrastructure of the hotel shows the aged stages. Such as the room furniture, the mattress, the sink and the closets are not designed and constructed functionally. ( the closest can’t hold even one carry on suite case flatly. ) frankly I don’t like the low platform bed that is very important fact to chose a luxury hotel stay. Sincerely wish in the near future the hotel remodeling will take those considerations into account . Other than this , the hotel will score 10.

My husband and I travel often and our recent experience at the Paris Mandarin Oriental was amazing. I can't say enough about the staff, service and food. It was truly a pleasure.

A 1 night layover in Paris and a good time spend at MO. Pierre was super helpful in organising my cheese run before i arrived in Paris. Packed sealed and delivered. The Concierge, Front Desk, Camelia and everyone else was hospitable and accommodating to our needs to the last minutes details. We have had a nanny looked after my daughter so we can spent a few hours window shopping. We also had a Halal dietary requirement, which again was kindly arranged by the team at MO. Great team and wonderful memories! Looking forward to our next stay soon.
