Delicious food, quiet rooms and excellent service
My husband and I travel often and our recent experience at the Paris Mandarin Oriental was amazing. I can't say enough about the staff, service and food. It was truly a pleasure.

Amazing
A 1 night layover in Paris and a good time spend at MO. Pierre was super helpful in organising my cheese run before i arrived in Paris. Packed sealed and delivered. The Concierge, Front Desk, Camelia and everyone else was hospitable and accommodating to our needs to the last minutes details. We have had a nanny looked after my daughter so we can spent a few hours window shopping. We also had a Halal dietary requirement, which again was kindly arranged by the team at MO. Great team and wonderful memories! Looking forward to our next stay soon.

Perfect.
The Hotel continue to keep high standards, my experience was really good! The staff is very profissional and so kindness. They cared every detail for my family. When we arrived on Saturday night, I didn't like the layout of my suite, the guest experience team act to change my suite for another one on Sunday morning. Everything was perfect.

Awful
Do not stay here unless you like staying up all night. The walls must be made of paper. I’m a current guest and cannot sleep due to the noise. The glows are nice and staff are polite. However, the hotel’s decor and sound proofing are seriously lacking. Plus, they seem to be unable to accommodate any room changes.
