I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental, Paris, and had a great experience. The facilities are beautiful and very clean, and the restaurant was excellent. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. Walid and Juicy at dinner were especially friendly and helpful, and Luck at breakfast made our morning. Tomas at check-in was also great and made everything easy. Overall, a fantastic property.

Smiles and warmth at every moment. The front door team remembered us and were charming and very helpful. It really is about people and MOPAR has the best.

Overall service is good, doormen are excellent but the duty manager is the problem. She called us at 12.30pm on the last day asking us to check out when we already had late check out confirmed the first day we checked in. On check out our bill was also incorrect, being charged an extra €151 for breakfast that is included, and we informed duty manager, she doesn’t seem that’s a problem. Had we been in more of a rush or distracted, we would have been way overcharged. The hotel room is a bit old, we have been to a few locations in HK, SG and Taiwan they are all pretty good, but Paris is quite old. We probably won’t consider to come back to this location in the future but others we may still give it a try.

Absolutely PERFECT!!!! We have loved Mandarin Oriental Paris since it opened. We love it even more with the new General Manager Edouard Lapasset! The warmth of the team, the immaculate rooms, remembering all my personal requests from small to big. It truly is the best hotel in the world.

We had a great experience at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas, especially have to mention the concierge team. They did amazing job with securing great trips and excellent guides in very little time, as our trip was last minute. Breakfast had very wide selection of wonderful food, very friendly staff , just like as I mentioned the entire hotel. Great location, walking distance to all major attractions, very quite surroundings. We are definitely coming back!
