We had an absolutely exceptional stay as a family during the Easter holidays at the Mandarin Oriental Paris. This stunning hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Paris, truly exceeded all our expectations. Everything was simply perfect, from the beautifully appointed rooms and impeccable cleanliness to the outstanding location. The breakfast was excellent, the bar was wonderful, and every detail throughout the hotel reflected true luxury and care. What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional service. The reception team, concierge, and all staff members were incredibly attentive, genuinely kind, and consistently professional. We felt warmly welcomed and truly looked after at all times. We all felt completely at ease and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was a truly special experience for our entire family. I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental, Paris, and had a great experience. The facilities are beautiful and very clean, and the restaurant was excellent. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. Walid and Juicy at dinner were especially friendly and helpful, and Luck at breakfast made our morning. Tomas at check-in was also great and made everything easy. Overall, a fantastic property.
