Paris J'Adore Hotel & Spa

Amazing place! Very stylish, very comfortable and a little different. The rooms are stunning, no complaints at all. We booked the private spa for 2 hours and it was well worth it. A real luxury spa hotel with lots of nice little touches that really make the experience memorable. I’d happily stay again.

We wanted a lovely romantic start to the year in Paris - who doesn't? Instead we began our stay cleaning the jacuzzi which had stains and some dubious red marks in it. But that's not all - using a coffee spoon, we worked hard to free the tub of two obvious engrained lumps of human who knows what!!!! When we calmly explained they needed new cleaners to the front desk they just repeatedly told us that their staff used the best antiseptic products and never really accepted the work we had to do to fix the issue! Instead they did put rose petals on the bed and offered us an upgrade next time we came. Well thats sure to happen!

Amazing experience staying at this hotel and spa, in a cozy area of ​​Paris, the restaurant is beyond praise. very friendly staff and service at the highest level. The room has a spacious jacuzzi for two and an atmosphere for a romantic time.

Comment est il possible que cet établissement ait obtenu 5*? Suffit il de placer une baignoire balnéo dans une chambre pour être qualifié ainsi ? Le personnel est au niveau au mieux d’une deuxième année en école d’hôtellerie et pour certains pas au niveau d’un formule 1. Service en chambre inexistant. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est surchauffé , provoquant plus de malaise que de plaisir . Les commandes en salle pour le petit déjeuner notamment vous raviront puisque aucune n’est arrivée conforme. Et bien entendu aucune proposition d’échange. Les cocktails , faut il réellement en parler ? Pour le ménage vous aurez la joie peut être de retrouver comme nous les gants usagés de la femme de ménage sur la coiffeuse . Le massage du spa est néanmoins correct mis à part les cabines qui étaient sales et non rangées ... on s’en contentera. Bref pour la somme il y a clairement de meilleurs établissements .

Nous avons été choyés dans cet hôtel, les prestations et le service sont impeccables. Le spa est vraiment magnifique, bonne bulle de detente. Le jacuzzi dans la chambre est vraiment appréciable et le tout connecté est super moderne. Le room service était très bien aussi.
