Customer Service is second to none
This hotel is still one of, if not my #1, favorite hotel in the world. The customer service is truly second to none. The hotel staff does everything that they possibly can to be kind, courteous, and truly anticipate all of your needs. This was my second time staying at the hotel, and they remembered me from last year! That is how genuine the staff really is. I cannot say enough good things about it. Also, the breakfast is one of my favorite as well. The Super Bowl will change your life! :)

We are in the midst of our stay at this wonderful hotel, and cannot say enough good things. The hotel itself has a refined and chic, yet relaxed vibe-- inviting and warm without being stuffy. You will feel as comfortable sitting in the lounge by the fire place in jeans and a sweater as you will in an evening dress. When you return from a long day of touristing you will feel like you are entering an oasis. The staff are all highly professional, friendly, gracious and helpful. They seem to genuinely enjoy serving their guests and providing anything you could possibly want. The rooms are elegant and very well appointed, including robes and slippers, nespresso coffee maker, and beautifully appointed bathrooms with an array of different toiletries. Overall, there is no doubt this hotel deserves its five star rating. We will be happy to return here again and again.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Paris
Lovely hotel! Great location in the heart of Paris. Opera house was down the street and the louvre and orsay is a short 15 min walk. Our room was gorgeous! Everything was nicely decorated. The staff was also helpful and wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay at a great hotel in Paris!
This was our second stay at the Park Hyatt Vendome and it was a marvelous as our first. We will definitely return to this fantastic property.
