Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome

After having a terrible time at CDG because AF lost our bags, we had an amazing start to our vacation at the Park Hyatt. Every staff member made us feel very welcome and personal. The facilities are in beautiful shape and I thought our room had excellent lighting which we worried about because of pictures we had seen (we had a balcony room). I thought we were treated well above average despite only holding low status with Hyatt. We will definitely return.

This was a friends anniversary (40 years) and a cancer-survivors celebration. We had an absolutely outstanding time at the hotel. Every individual we encountered from reception to concierge to restaurant to spa to housekeeping was utterly professional and exceptionally kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and beds are incredibly comfortable. If there was only one thing I would prefer to be different is not having an auto-charge minibar. We like to keep some medication and snacks in the cold and it was a bit awkward. But it did not detract from our stay at all! We would love to return!!

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Paris was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything reflected true luxury—elegant design and refined atmosphere, and impeccable attention to detail throughout the hotel. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service. I would especially like to highlight Bertrand, one of the waiters, who went above and beyond in every possible way. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth stood out immediately. He anticipated needs before they were even expressed and always served with a sincere smile. Bertrand embodies what true hospitality should be: attentive without being intrusive, friendly yet highly professional, and completely dedicated to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, and what stood out the most was the exceptional level of service. Every member of the staff we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. No matter the request, they consistently made an effort to help with care and sincerity, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and it made our stay feel truly special. We would absolutely love to return in the future.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt Paris for five nights in March–April 2026. We are a family of three with a six-year-old daughter, and we had a lovely time overall. The hotel itself was one of the highlights of our trip. It is beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located near many major sights, including the Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay, and the Tuileries. While the hotel facilities are excellent, what truly set this hotel apart for us was the staff. We’ve stayed at a number of nice hotels, but the level of service here was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was kind, capable, and attentive. Their service felt genuinely special and made our stay unforgettable. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a magical, once-in-a-lifetime experience in Paris.
