Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome

Having stayed at many hotels this level, this one exceeded my expectations. The staff across all levels are professional at its highest quality.

The Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme is such a wonderful hotel that I ranked it as the best Park Hyatt I have ever stayed. As a Hyatt Globalist of many years, we did stayed in quite a number of Park Hyatts across the different continents. We had such a wonderful stay there and would highly recommend it to our friends and families. It’s not a low cost hotel but is worth every cents you paid. First, is the Service, The staff of the hotel were all very helpful and approachable. From the time you enter into the hotel and to check in and then to your room, you always get greetings and a smiling face. Service in the breakfast room was equally pleasant and prompt. And the staff always offered us something special(French toasts/Waffle) to try each morning in addition to what we have ordered. Weight gain was the only downside of this ;). The guest relations team was also very proactive. They gave me a nice surprise cake and cards on my birthday. Thanks for making my birthday more memorable. Second, is the location. Right in the heart of the city and you could just walk to various attractions and shopping areas. One could simply shop and bring all those bags back to the hotel and go shop some more. Great location for shopaholics but not so good for the wallet ;)) Third, is the dangerously comfortable bed. It was SO comfortable that one always overslept even with a few alarms setup on the mobile phone. It was a danger if you have to catch a morning flight on the checkout day. We had to resort to asking the front desk for wake-up calls to ensure we do not oversleep and miss our flight home. We forgot to check the brand of the mattress that was used… could consider as a potential replacement for our bed back home. Fourth, the room design. We got the Park Suite King and we loved the design. There were spaces to open three large suitcases without needing any luggage racks. Everything was so well thought out and convenient to the occupants. We also pre booked the Hyatt Experiences on the website for arrival pickups and dinner at the Michelin restaurant P’UR. Everything went well with these pre booked experiences. Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme is truly setting the gold standard for other Park Hyatt to measure up to.

This was our first Park Hyatt we've ever stayed at and I was just blown away by the level of service! The hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was so kind and helpful and really went above and beyond for any question we had. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival but we had just had an overnight flight from the US, they escorted us down to the spa so we could shower and get refreshed and then they took care of our luggage while we went out until the room was ready. I hope I get to return one day!

Fantastic stay experience ,been upgraded to the prestige suite surprisingly, staffs are all so nice to us ,amazing location in the hearts of Paris of course

I could not be happier with my stay at the Park Hyatt Vendome. I was expecting a magnificent property, but I was not prepared for what awaited me. From the moment that I walked in I was treated like royalty, with individual staff members and the hotel manager personally greeting me and my family. We were given a tour of the property and escorted to our suite. The staff were beyond polite and courteous and the property exceeded my expectations in how beautiful and clean it is. Plus it is in the ideal location in Paris. I cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely return on my next trip to Paris!
