Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome

Lovely 5 star hotel in the heart of Paris. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating from the time you arrive at the front door. You get what you pay for, but in our case, our room was free on points, and we were still treated to a lovely luxury experience. Our room was extremely comfortable and the excellent air conditioning and automatic blackout shades made it a respite during the hottest week in May ever. The amenities in our room were outstanding including our own espresso machine and bottled water. Robes and slippers and nice toiletries plus a Toto toilet in a private closet that had all the bells and whistles. We ate two meals at the hotel and the food and service were wonderful. We took advantage of late checkout which made our last day very enjoyable as well and also stored our luggage after we checked out . The hotel is beautiful with sculptures throughout the common areas and rooms. The carpeting was even memorable for how plush and luxurious it it. If you can afford this hotel or have points to burn, I highly recommend it for your stay in Paris.

My go to hotel when visiting Paris. Great location and service is impeccable. Breakfast is great and they even provided a small gift for my birthday with pastries that were decorated with soccer affiliations as we were coming from a soccer match!

This was our 4th stay over the past few years at the Park Hyatt Vendome. As with all the others, this stay was absolutely fabulous! From arrival to checkout, the entire staff provides top notch customer service. We love the central location and the overall ambiance of the hotel. We look forward to many more stays on our visits to Paris.

Everything was top notch and exceeded our expectations! After a long day of travel, we were welcomed with a seamless check in process and special treats for our anniversary. The staff was wonderful and concierge made excellent recommendations and even helped us make reservations at restaurants we were not able to secure reservations at on our own. We highly recommend this hotel! Centrally located with easy access to all that Paris has to offer!

Out of all the Park Hyatt properties I have visited, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme is truly the best. The property itself is exceptional, but the staff is what makes it flawless. Everyone was so welcoming, especially Lisa and Mouhcine (Duty Managers), who were always available to assist us and made sure we had an incredible stay. Highly recommended!
