Terrible experience. I discovered bed bugs in my room and woke up covered in bites. What makes this even worse is that more than a week after my stay, I am still dealing with the consequences. The bites are still affecting me, causing discomfort and irritation long after I left the hotel. A hotel should provide a clean and safe environment for its guests, and this was clearly not the case. Finding bed bugs is unacceptable and completely ruined my trip. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until the hotel properly addresses its hygiene and pest control issues. This experience has cost me both my health and a significant amount of money to recover from the bed bugs. The hotel called me, but I was unable to answer because I was dealing with the aftermath in my apartment and trying to recover from a fever caused by what happened. What surprises me most is that the first room we stayed in, the one next to the bins, was never properly checked. I complained about that room, and you moved us to another one, yet the issue was clearly not addressed. I sincerely hope you improve the cleanliness standards in this hotel. I have visited Paris several times before, and this experience was extremely disappointing. I am genuinely upset about the situation and the impact it has had on me. They also removed my review ..

The Peninsula Paris is simply AWESOME!!! My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and the staff's attention to detail and thoughtfulness can not be applauded enough. We arrived to champagne, fruit and tasty macarons. Every night, our turndown service was impeccable and perfectly curated. The ultimate surprise was when we came back from our rooftop dinner to a bathroom lined with rose petals and a drawn bath!!! Simply amazing and stunning!! We will be back.

We stayed at The Peninsula Paris for 4 nights last September, and it was an unforgettable experience. We especially loved spending time at the rooftop restaurant with its incredible views, as well as relaxing in the beautiful lobby after exploring the city. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, and the frequent turndown service meant it always felt fresh and welcoming whenever we returned from our walks. The interiors throughout the hotel are truly impressive, combining timeless elegance with understated luxury. The location is also excellent if you enjoy discovering Paris on foot, with many of the city’s highlights within a pleasant walking distance. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, and the silky-smooth linens made every night’s sleep exceptional. Yes, it’s an expensive hotel, but at this level of luxury, every penny feels justified. Just like The Peninsula London, the service is simply top-notch. A truly memorable stay, and we would happily return.

I had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at The Peninsula Paris while celebrating my birthday on my own. The hotel was beautiful, elegant, and welcoming, but what made my experience especially meaningful was the exceptional kindness and hospitality of Rachid Elouakhoumi. He went above and beyond to make my birthday feel genuinely special, unique, and unforgettable. His warmth, sincerity, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made me feel truly welcomed, celebrated, and cared for. As I was spending my birthday alone, his kindness meant more to me than I can express. What could have been a quiet solo birthday became one of the most beautiful and memorable birthday experiences I have ever had. Rachid is an outstanding representative of The Peninsula’s hospitality and truly deserves special recognition for the lasting impression he leaves on his guests. Thank you, Rachid, and thank you to the entire Peninsula Paris team for giving me such a beautiful memory. I would be delighted to return.

I spent the week-end in Paris at the Peninsula. First time with the brand. I asked the front desk at arrival to make me experience the hotel fully. I am glad I did so as the welcome was quite reserved at first. I got a hotel tour and was very well treated after my request. The Spa is great with a large pool and some jacuzzis and of course saunas. I got two treatments which were very well performed. I spent many hours during the week end there, the open hours are extended. Staff is brilliant there, well done ! The gym is great too with the equipment needed to feel well and enjoy the session. The Deluxe room was rather spacious with an amazing bathroom. Very clean and confortable. I was surprised though that amenities were not better. Douche gel or products were not yet very nice for a palace and compared to competition. Should be upgraded, Cheval Blanc being best in class there. I wish to have had more in the room like pillow spray, better brands, candels… I was supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of champagne with my room through the booking I made. This was overlooked. I got a bit annoyed and had to call it in. Should not be needed… But ok, mistakes happen! The breakfast was good but the service could be better in terms of speed and welcoming. The poached eggs were a bit too cooked and the portion ordered too small. The concierge team has been amazing throughout the stay! They helped me with my restaurants booking, better than i am used to I have to admit. Big thanks to have succeeded in giving me a table at l’Oiseau Blanc, the Michelin restaurant of the hotel. It was an amazing experience really with a fantastic view and quite a meal. Really really appreciated. On Sunday i enjoyed the brunch which is just amazing. So many choices, high quality food. I was impressed. However staff was not very attentive so a real pity, it impacted the experience. No bread put on the table as like at any other table, no drink offering nor drink menu, no explanation of the concept. Was rather surprised by the poor service. How come? I was happy to benefit from early check-in and late departure, this is a very appreciated perch as i could really enjoy from Friday morning to Sunday evening. This despite being in a black period. Room cleaning is top quality and unusual to get the room made the day of departure (late check out). Plus points for that! Finally the hotel is very well located, close by the Triumf Arc and the Champs Élysées. I loved that too. Thanks for the great experience indeed. Levers to perfection are identified in terms of service level in some areas
