I truly loved my stay at this palace! We came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it was the perfect setting for such a special occasion. The building is absolutely magnificent and steeped in history, which makes the experience even more exceptional. The staff’s attention to detail and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. The location is perfect as well. This palace has become, without a doubt, a Parisian home in my heart.

I visited The Peninsula in Paris on a Friday night with high expectations, given its reputation and luxurious setting. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. I ordered a Caesar salad, which was extremely overpriced for what it was. The biggest issue was the taste — it had a very strong fish sauce flavor that was overpowering and honestly unpleasant. It completely ruined the dish. For a place of this standard, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Paying such a high price for something so disappointing felt like a waste. I would not recommend this dish, and I left feeling let down. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

My partner and I spent two wonderful nights at The Peninsula Paris this March, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. We arrived in Paris by Eurostar and were warmly welcomed right from the station. From that moment until our departure two days later, every detail of our stay felt seamless and thoughtful. The teams at reception were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with genuine warmth. The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition for the care they put into the room and the lovely little surprises and thoughtful touches throughout our stay, which made the experience feel truly special. Breakfast in the lobby restaurant was absolutely fantastic, with a beautiful setting and a delicious selection to start the day. Another highlight of our visit was the Sunday brunch, which we will remember for a long time. The atmosphere, the quality of the food and the overall experience made it one of the most memorable moments of our trip. This stay will remain a very special memory for us, and we cannot wait to return to The Peninsula Paris on our next visit to the city.

So, what do you do when your husband wants luxury and your college kid wants nothing to do with stuffy hotels when staying in Paris?! I finally found the answer. And, it may surprise you. It did me. This past January, when all the holiday crowds left, we experienced our most favorite trip to Paris thus far at the Peninsula. The Concierge was the best we have experienced (and we travel a lot), finding that last minute table at the best restaurants. Rooms are perfect sized. And the bar and restaurant? Amazing vibe and perfect cocktails. Lots of locals and that should say it all. Thank you Peninsula Paris!

It’s a Peninsula. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. My room was as nice as any room in which I have stayed: comfortable, clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The staff were both friendly and professional. The hotel is nicely located—just a short pleasant walk from the Arc de Triomphe, with many fine restaurants and cafes close by. (Yes, I also had meals at the hotel--all excellent. I will review them individually.)
