This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and taken to our King Suite balcony room, where we had a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us. The room was gorgeous and bathroom as well. The beautiful furnishings both in the room and throughout the hotel are stunning. We had a fabulous dinner at Akira Back, and Le Patio was a gorgeous place to enjoy a cocktail! This hotel’s location on one of the most beautiful streets in Paris was perfect for a walk to L’arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Very close to many beautiful shops. I will fly back to Paris simply to spend more time at this hotel, it’s that good!

As background, I am a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador. I spend a lot of nights in hotels and spend a lot of money with Marriott. When I arrived at the property, I was told I would not be able to get into my suite until 6 pm. Not sure how they could charge me the full nightly rate of $2,500 for this suite when I was not able to access it for a meaningful portion the day. This was a huge inconvenience for me and my family. I appreciate the staff trying to make it up with small gestures, it was not enough.

The hotel’s service quality stood alone during our visit. Kalilou and Lars at the front desk worked to accommodate our room needs and the comfort of our stay along with the rest of the team. Housekeeping was quick to respond to our needs and the property’s dining options were of good quality. The property is slightly dated seen in some of the furniture and finishes but overall we greatly enjoyed our visit.

The doorman Frederic was amazingly helpful in local info and getting us taxis. Give him a raise! A charming Frenchman. The hotel has much more warmth and atmosphere than the adjacent Four Seasons.

I traveled with my mom, and we had an incredible time at this beautiful hotel. Benoit was particularly kind and helpful in welcoming us warmly and with outstanding hospitality. We loved the petite suite we stayed in, and all of the little touches - like the lovely French soap to the welcome fruits and chocolates - really made our trip and this hotel so memorable. It was raining when we visited Paris but that didn't stop us from having an amazing time. The location is excellent and makes reaching a Metro stop or just walking around by foot super easy. And then the 11pm room service when we got back was delicious, as well as the breakfast the next day! Merci beaucoup for a wonderful and memorable stay. We can't wait to be back!
